Voices of the Participants
Here, we would like to introduce some of the feedback we received from those who participated!
(Thank you for giving us permission to post these!)
Question: Please tell us your specific impressions of participating.
(What were you glad to hear? What insights or discoveries did you have?)
It was my first time hearing Shogen-san speak, and it was wonderful. Even though I have done Eita-san's workshop many times, it still brought me to tears.
Thank you for hosting such a wonderful event. I have watched SHOGEN-san's YouTube videos and read his books many times, but hearing him in person was a completely different experience. Not only were there new stories, but even the ones I already knew resonated with me in a new way, and I am so glad I attended.
My daughter (5th grade), who attended with me, also said she was glad she heard it and glad she came. (He spoke in words easy for elementary school students to understand, and she seemed to relate to the introduction of his initiatives in elementary schools.)
To the organizers and staff, I know the preparation must have been very difficult, but thank you for such a wonderful lecture.
I knew about SHOGEN-san from YouTube, so I was glad to hear him speak in person. I was surprised to learn he used to work at a cosmetics company. I was also surprised that he was funnier than I expected (laughs). His self-deprecating jokes about how he used to have a bad personality were also funny. I didn't know EITA-san, but I was overwhelmed by his incredible energy and drive. The final soul painting of the Japanese flag and the Dragon God was also very moving!!
Meeting Eita-san for the first time shook my soul. I thought he was the coolest person in the universe. It made me rethink that I need to do what I want to do and be more grateful for being alive.
The stories I heard for the first time from Shogen-san (about Menard Cosmetics, the story about elementary school students being confused, and the story about what happens when women in Bunju Village have their periods) and Eita-san's video (about a baby born on 3.11) really stayed in my heart.
There are many. To name one: the 'memory of being loved' that has been experienced for 15,000 years. By remembering that, Japanese people will awaken.
I had been struggling with a tendency to feel like a victim, but after being exposed to SHOGEN-san, EITA-san, and the many children present, I remembered that 'I am not the one who complains to get attention, but someone who stands on the side of protecting the important people around me.' Thank you!
There were times when I felt down about not having enough peace of mind, but instead of being self-deprecating, I now feel hopeful to move forward with pride as a Japanese person, pride as a mother, and pride in having been born.
Question: How do you want to live your life starting tomorrow?
・Live as myself!
・I will live by valuing my own intuition and feelings.
・I will love myself.
・I think about it every day, but I want to live with light and love today, tomorrow, and always.
・I want to increase the time I spend laughing more and more. I want to be a mom who is told by her children that they are glad they were born into this family. My dream is to travel the world with my family, so I wanted to leave on a trip right away.
・'Remembering' and 'accepting, forgiving, and healing myself no matter who I am.'
・Focus on what is right in front of me and take action.
・I will live by expressing myself without worrying about what others think.
・I will look at myself and value my peace of mind above all else♡

Wonderful!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so, so much!!!!!

EITA & SHOGEN Collaborative Lecture
New Japonism Whirlwind [Spring]
~ Listening to the Sounds of Insects, Children, and Mothers ~
To everyone who participated in this event,
to everyone who joined us,
and to everyone who supported us,
thank you once again.
It has been exactly
one month since the day,
how is everyone
doing?
Recalling our memories as Japanese people,
isn't the process of living out your own destiny
accelerating for many of you?
I personally
learned about SHOGEN last May,
gathered friends,
and have been preparing
for March 25th since the beginning of the year.
During that time,
together with my fellow staff members,
I experienced the flow
of shifting from the Age of Earth
to the Age of Wind.
It became a time
to once again clarify
how I want to live my life.
I hope that each of your
individual stories
has begun
since March 25th.
We made a promise to gather
on the full moon in Libra on March 25th,
and I look forward to the day
when I can meet everyone who fulfilled that wish
once again.
Let's continue to
ENJOY!! our life's journey even more.
Thank you so much
for participating and supporting us
this time.
