200 people followed me in 20 days, even though I only write about movies—a thank you and a small announcement

It has been 20 days since I started note.

I have reached 200 followers. Thank you so much.

When I did my one-week recap, I only had 24 followers, which I was already happy about, but in less than two weeks since then, it has grown to 200. I am surprised myself.

I posted my first article on March 24th. It was about Dolan.

I wrote before about how I pressed the publish button back then wondering, "Who is going to read this?" but that article now has 481 views and 120 likes. Thank you to everyone who read it and pressed the like button.

I have written 20 articles in 20 days.

I think what I write is closer to essays than movie reviews. I don't really write about star ratings or recommendations; instead, I write about what I remembered during a certain scene, or why a certain line of dialogue has stayed with me for years.

I have made some articles paid because I am digging into my own experiences to write them. There are ¥300 and ¥500 articles, and the ¥500 ones are deeper analyses, or pieces I feel particularly confident in sharing.
