This is a collaboration with North Park Beer Co.
The appearance is a clear, deep gold.
The aroma features muscat, grapefruit citrus, and a piney quality, feeling fruity and resinous overall.
It has a dry mouthfeel, and the taste is lightened by sweetness in the body, while also having the same fruity muscat notes as the aroma, a citrus peel-like bitterness, and a piney, refreshing quality.
I like this kind of beer.

We brewed a DDH West Coast Double IPA together with the super brewery North Park Beer Co. from San Diego, USA.

[Brewer's Note]

I met Kelsey from North Park Beer Co. in San Diego, USA, last year.
I had heard rumors about them before that, and when I first drank their beer, I was surprised by how delicious it was.
We reunited in Yakima, the hop-growing region, during the hop harvest season, and while exchanging information on brewing techniques, it was decided that they would participate in this collaboration project.
Based on the recipe for their flagship beer, Hop-Fu, we decided on the hop combination together with Kelsey and brewed this Double IPA.
