[Concept]
The hops grown by UCHU MASTER caused a tremendously huge explosion (BIG BANG!).
From the violently spreading waves and vortices, electrical discharges and storms occurred, and the energy that spread into the universe
became five-dimensional fruits, and the prototype of the universe was formed.
When the first life was born, life was imbued with "life" and fragments of the hops
that exploded in the Big Bang, "Uchu-sensei".
Uchu-sensei also resides in us today.
And today, Uchu-sensei tells us again.
"You are the universe!"

Introducing the Universe Creation series that unravels the beginning of the universe.
We expressed what happened in this universe through beer, divided into 9 themes.
We chose BIRTH for our commemorative 1000th batch of beer and evolved it from an IPA to a DIPA.
Over the past few years, we have tried various types of yeast for Hazy IPAs, but we returned to our roots,
and for our 1000th batch, we went back to the yeast we were using several years ago.
In BIRTH, we expressed the moment life was born in the universe.
