Obsidian Tower has evolved into a QDH TIPA with a thick mouthfeel, using plenty of oats, malt, and hops!
To express the Obsidian Tower, in addition to American Citra hops, New Zealand Nelson Sauvin, and Rakau hops,
we used concentrated hop products, CRYO hops and CGX hops.
