UCHU BREWING's "Zenbu Burokkori"

A super collaboration series commemorating UCHU BREWING's 7th anniversary.
This one is a collaboration with Other Half Brewing.
The appearance is a hazy yellow with just a slight orange tint.
The aroma is incredibly tropical with sweet orange, mango, pineapple, and peach.
The mouthfeel is smooth, and the taste features the same juicy orange and pineapple notes as the aroma. Although it is a high-alcohol beer at 8.5% ABV, it is easy to drink because the body is lightened with sugars.
Man, I really love stuff like this.

[Brewer's Note]
My first visit to Other Half Brewing in New York was in 2018, just when we had started brewing.
I was shocked by the first IPA of theirs I drank, which had an explosive aroma yet a fruity and gentle taste, and I desperately asked the brewer, Sam, to tell me about it.
I have been a fan of his IPAs ever since, and I consider myself his self-appointed apprentice.
I cannot hide my excitement that we were able to brew a collaboration beer with them at our brewery this time.
