[Concept]
A collaboration with Track Brewing Co. from Manchester, UK.
We built the recipe inspired by Mt. Kaikoma as seen from Uchu Brewing,
and brewed a DDH DIPA using hops that we both love.

[Brewer's Note]
We met Matt and Harry from Track Brewing Co. at the Hop City beer festival held in Leeds, UK, this spring,
and after visiting their brewery and discussing our respective brewing techniques, we hit it off and decided to collaborate.
They are a wonderful brewery with great passion for beer brewing, technical skill, and high-quality product design.
