I drove a bit with a car-sharing service and arrived at Flying Garden.
Since it was a weekday evening, I got caught in the rush hour traffic on the bypass, but once I got off, it was smooth sailing. I found the shop a little off the main road.
The parking lot wasn't crowded.
A common sight at popular chain restaurants: an AirWait system greets you. Having been trained at Sawayaka, I didn't need to rely on the staff and quickly issued a receipt with a few taps (an outdated term).
Even though more than half the seats are empty, why can't I sit down...?
I wait for about 10 minutes for four groups.
Seated.It's actually empty, this is breaking me...I had decided on my order while waiting, so I couldn't order the second I sat down, but I placed it in seconds. I can't wait any longer, bring it out quickly!

Waiting time, tea leaf corner at the drink bar
Next to the drink bar, there are over a dozen jars of various tea leaves like black tea, and you can put them in a tea strainer to enjoy an authentic tea time.
The real thing really has a completely different aroma!
I regret that I couldn't drink various kinds due to my own time constraints...
"A Mushroom Salad I'm Curious About"
It's a salad that looks quite noble.
I didn't know mushrooms could be eaten raw. The rich aroma spreads in my mouth, it's delicious (Tarezo).
If this is worth an extra 300 yen, it's a very good experience.
Food arrived
The selling point here is the performance where the staff cuts the medium-rare hamburger on the iron plate before serving and sears the surface at the end.
When I'm at Sawayaka, I think filming during the performance is a tourist move, so I didn't film the performance here either ().
It's better to see it with your own eyes than through a screen.
Sauce (refills available)
There are two types of refillable sauce: Japanese-style grated radish and garlic soy sauce.
When I asked if I could get a refill of sauce the moment it was served, they were happy to provide it.
The Japanese-style grated radish is rich and delicious, but if you don't have to worry about the next day, the garlic soy sauce is excellent.
Refills
Refills of rice are free, which is rare these days.
You call for refills by pressing the buzzer.
Perhaps because I asked the madam how to get refills when the food was served, the refill rice arrived as soon as I pressed the buzzer. What great intuition!I wish my mom would learn from that, and me too~
Conclusion
It's a bit more expensive than Sawayaka, but in terms of the overwhelming tolerance for refills, is this place a better deal...?
Sawayaka is about energy and a family atmosphere, while Flying Garden has a more mature feel.
If you're torn between Sawayaka and Flying Garden, just go to both 😆
