I tried making the Korean home-cooked dish Jeyuk Bokkeum
What is Jeyuk Bokkeum (제육볶음)?
It's a spicy stir-fried pork dish.
The name Jeyuk Bokkeum might not sound familiar,
but it seems to be a staple home-cooked dish,
much like ginger pork or nikujaga in Japan.
When I make Korean food, I always
refer to Chef's YouTube videos🙌
It was so delicious that I had to be careful not to overeat lol
Now, let's start cooking♩

and grate the garlic.

3 tbsp Gochugaru (red chili powder)
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp grated garlic
1 tbsp cooking sake
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1 tbsp of grated garlic into a frying pan

and if you add 1 tbsp of sugar here,
the sauce will soak in more easily

add the vegetables other than the green onion tops

(I didn't have lettuce, so I used romaine)

It's also super delicious when you add Ssamjang (seasoned miso)
and wrap it in lettuce to eat
My Korean boyfriend said
it's the best Korean dish I've ever made,
he gave it rave reviews🎊
Since you just cut the ingredients and stir-fry them,
it's very easy and very delicious.
It was spicy and had just the right amount of heat, so
I was able to easily enjoy a Korean home-cooked meal😊
Thank you for reading again today🙌
See you later🌿
