Kongming reincarnates into modern-day Shibuya, and it's not exactly that he aims for world peace through the power of music like Liu Bei Xuande, but he simply meets an ordinary girl—the kind you find a dime a dozen in Shimokitazawa—who is struggling to become a singer despite her aspirations.

Do we have talent?
Or do we not?
What we might truly need,
is a strategist like Zhuge Kongming.

The strategies Kongming employs are always brilliant. However, for true growth, the protagonist Eiko herself must always realize it.

However, the reason this manga is so surprisingly refreshing to read is,

I think it's because the author's sincere feelings come through at the core of the story...

"Then you should write about the thing you least want people to see, Eiko-chin!"
