The 'Writing Side Hustle' is all about synergy

“I update my note every day, but I’m not making any money at all...”
“I tried Kindle publishing, but my royalties have stalled at a few hundred yen a month...”
Recently, I’ve been receiving these kinds of consultations about side hustles through my membership and SNS DMs.
I completely understand how you feel. When I first started my side hustle, I hit the same walls and struggled just like you.
But once I realized one thing, my earnings grew explosively.
Now, I’ve mastered four platforms—Kindle, note, Coconala, and Tips—and have reached the point where I consistently achieve six-figure monthly sales across them.

What is that 'one thing'?
It is this:
“A writing side hustle shouldn't be completed on just one platform; it’s all about synergy.”
That is what I mean.
Today, I’m going to talk about the 'ultimate synergy technique' for an ordinary office worker to maximize time and income through a 'writing side hustle'.
It’s a waste to stick to 'just note' or 'just Kindle'
When starting a side hustle, many people try to focus on just one platform, thinking, 'I’ll start by making money on note!' or 'I’ll live off royalties with Kindle publishing!' Of course, it is very important to focus on one thing at first to achieve that initial zero-to-one breakthrough.
However, after you’ve accumulated a certain number of articles or published a book, continuing to fight in only the same place is actually a huge waste and inefficient.
Each platform has its own 'strengths' and 'weaknesses'.
Weakness of note: It has almost zero viral potential, making it extremely difficult to attract new readers (customer acquisition).
Weakness of Kindle: While the massive Amazon market automatically attracts customers for you, it’s hard to build deep connections (turn them into fans) with readers, and it’s easy to hit a ceiling with royalties alone.
As you can see, if you rely on just one, your growth will inevitably stop at some point. That is precisely why you need 'synergy (horizontal expansion)' to leverage each platform's strengths and compensate for their weaknesses. By combining Kindle and note, you can maximize your passive income.
Getting two benefits for the price of one through 'horizontal expansion'
As a minimalist, my motto is:
To achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
For busy office workers or parents raising children to increase their income without spending too much time, the golden rule is to take content you've created once (primary information) and repurpose it in various places by changing its format.
Specifically, I use the following flow to expand my reach horizontally.
1. Output daily insights and know-how on note
First, I write about my experiences, failures, lessons learned (primary information), and Kindle publishing know-how on note. It doesn't have to be perfect. I follow a 60% perfectionism style, putting things out into the world as I go. As a result, I have consistently maintained over 100 members in my membership.
2. Compile accumulated note articles and publish them on Kindle
Once note articles accumulate, I systematically reorganize them and publish them as a Kindle book. This allows me to skip the massive effort of 'writing a book from scratch' while leveraging Amazon's overwhelming ability to attract customers to reach new readers I wouldn't have met on note.
3. Direct traffic from Kindle to note and Coconala
Readers who finish your Kindle book are 'highly qualified leads' who have a strong interest in your know-how and way of thinking. By including links in the book such as 'For those who want to learn more deeply, visit this note magazine' or 'I accept individual consultations on Coconala,' fans are automatically gathered from Amazon, which also leads to sales of services like support on Coconala.
4. Turn your experience into Tips and sell it with everyone
Furthermore, I sell the experience and know-how I've gained from platforms like Coconala, where I've achieved results, on a platform called Tips. Tips has a powerful affiliate function, so even if I don't do sales work every day, I can create a system where the readers who bought it introduce it to others, and sales grow on their own.
When you turn dots into lines, income becomes automated
What do you think? The individual tasks of 'writing on note' and 'writing a Kindle book' have beautifully connected into a single line, haven't they?
Gain 'automated customer acquisition' and 'royalties' with Kindle
Gain 'fan loyalty' and 'stock income' with note
Provide 'high-ticket support' on Coconala
Build 'automated sales through affiliates' with Tips
Once this loop is established, your content creation starts running on its own. Even while I'm sleeping, or while I'm playing with my children at the park in the evening, the digital assets I've placed on the internet continue to work for me 24 hours a day without a single complaint.
https://t.co/sRYdoYWn3p pic.twitter.com/Us8GNbemP5

I believe the true fun of a 'writing side hustle' lies not in writing well itself, but in the process of creating this 'system (multiplication).'
[Announcement] I have released the ultimate 'no-Kin' strategy for note x Kindle!
"I understand that combinations are important, but how exactly should I guide readers from Kindle to note?"
"How do I create an automated sales funnel?"
To answer those questions, I have worked hard to create a new Tips course packed with everything from my 'ultimate note x Kindle monetization strategy,' which I currently use to consistently generate six-figure monthly sales!
The title is 'no-Kin'.
How to use Kindle to compensate for the weaknesses in note's traffic generation
Specific steps to naturally funnel readers from Kindle to note magazines or memberships for automated sales
The behind-the-scenes of building a system that generates maximum revenue with minimal effort, even for busy office workers
I have systematized the realistic know-how that I have painstakingly tested and used to achieve results, making it reproducible for anyone.
Let's put an end to flow-based labor that wears you out in just one place.
Why not acquire the ultimate weapon of 'combination' and set sail with me into the sea of stock income, where we can maximize both time and earnings?
Anyway, that's all for now!
