Dreams Don't Have an Expiration Date

The theme is dreams, and even if someone tells you, "There's no way you can do that," that feeling you had where only the you inside your heart thought, "No, maybe I can," is something you want to cherish even after becoming an adult, right?


When we were little, if someone asked what we wanted to be, we'd say "a baker," "a soccer player," or even "a hero"—we were just doing whatever we wanted, weren't we?

To our younger selves, dreams were like "plans." We didn't think for a single millimeter about whether they were realistic or how much money we'd make. We were just simply excited about that world.


But as we grow up, we gradually learn the slightly annoying rules of "reality."

"Isn't it impossible if you don't have talent?"

"Can I actually make a living off this?"

"I'm worried about what others think..."

That's how, before we know it, we rewrite our dreams into "realistic goals." That's a form of growth and a respectable thing, but sometimes it can feel a bit lonely, can't it?

But hey, think about it.
No matter what anyone says, the dream inside your own head is a freedom that no one can interfere with.

Even if others laugh and say, "That's impossible," what you wish for and what you imagine in your own heart should be 100% up to you. Dreams aren't something you need permission from someone else to have.

Deciding your own limits by saying, "It's too late now," is the biggest waste, isn't it?
People often say, "

Today is the first day of the rest of your life," right?I really think that's a great quote. You can just set aside all the failures and reasons you gave up until yesterday. If you think that a new story starts from today, don't you feel like you can stand a little taller?

Now that you're an adult, you don't have to say something grand like, "I'm going to be an astronaut right now!"

Even a modest dream like "I want to live like this someday" or "I want to try doing that" is a perfectly valid dream. Just by keeping that in your heart, the scenery of your daily life might look a little more colorful.

In the end, life is won by those who enjoy it, and you are the only one who can be the biggest supporter of your own dreams. Let's cherish that "little sense of adventure" in our hearts and not let anyone get in its way.
