Enjoying the 'Special' at Yoshino Sushi in Higashi-Ogu
I found 'Yoshino Sushi' in a residential area of Higashi-Ogu. I liked it, so I visited again. To put it bluntly, shops run single-handedly by an elderly chef often end up closing down before you know it if you don't visit them soon. I've experienced that many times before.

Today, I was the only customer again. Feeling more comfortable on my second visit, we chatted about various things. The chef mentioned, 'I'm raising prices starting tomorrow,' so I was lucky✌️. He said he hadn't changed the price tags in five years, but 'it's just impossible now.' Taking advantage of my good fortune, I decided to try the 'Special' (Tokujo). Because it's this chef, I really wanted to order it. It was truly the height of being full🈵 and completely satisfied.

・Enjoyed with salt🧂

・Chosen from three types: barracuda, halfbeak, and this

・This thickness is worth the price

・Huge and impressive

・Fatty and the most delicious one

・Authentic salmon roe with a popping texture

・The happiness of stuffing a heaping portion into my mouth

・The return of the superstar

・Melt-in-your-mouth simmered conger eel that shows the skill of a sushi chef

・A massive serving that people come from far away for

・Old-fashioned style
