Grill K Komagome Main Store: Bale-Shaped Hamburg Steak

Before running errands in Yokohama, I visited "GrillK Komagome Main Store." It is a popular restaurant that has even been named one of Tabelog's Top 100. Their specialty is the bale-shaped hamburg steak.

I ordered the "Charcoal-Grilled Hamburg Steak Lunch" (Standard 160g) for 1,600 yen, plus the salad 🥗 and soup 🍲 for 380 yen. The soup 🍲 was a turnip potage, accented with finely chopped greens. The hamburg steak is served on a wooden plate branded with the restaurant's name, which looks super cool. The highly anticipated bale-shaped hamburg steak is a tartare steak 🥩 style, packed densely with meat. It is my favorite type of hamburg steak. You can choose from six types of sauces, and I chose "Garlic 🧄 Soy Sauce." I felt this sauce lacked a bit of a punch 🤛, but on the other hand, you could say it didn't overpower the flavor of the meat.

The service and interior were both lovely, making it a comfortable place to dine. The customer next to me was eating the 360g King size, and it turns out the more you eat here, the better the value 🉐. These days, there are so many restaurants specializing in hamburg steak that I haven't been actively seeking them out, but this place was a real hit 🎯 with a very high level of satisfaction. They also serve steak 🥩, so I would like to try that next time.
