A Special Postcard from Taiwan
Is the picture on the postcard that arrived from Taiwan a brass band with a retro vibe?
But what caught my eye was the "TACHIBANA" attached to the tuba in the center and President Tsai Ing-wen depicted in the upper right.
When I looked it up, I found that this postcard depicts the Kyoto Tachibana High School Brass Band, also known by the nickname "Orange Devils," performing after being invited to the ceremony celebrating Taiwan's National Day, known as "Double Tenth Day."
It was also featured prominently on Taiwanese television news at the time.
And what's more, I'm happy to say that this postcard isn't a commercially available one, but was created to commemorate a gathering of Taiwanese Postcrossing users.
I can't help but want to say, "Thank you for liking Japan!" to the people of Taiwan, which is known as a pro-Japanese country.

"The band called the Orange Devils, with angelic smiles across the sea"
