AI has no emotions, yet it can analyze humans—if there is a creator, from what perspective are they viewing humanity?

"AI doesn't have emotions, does it?"

That conversation unexpectedly led to talk of the universe and God.

It is true that AI does not feel joy, sadness, or love. It does not possess subjective emotions like humans do.

Even so, it can analyze human psychology, offer life advice, and sort out complex human relationships.

Why is that?

AI looks at "structure," not emotions.

AI does not judge each person based on likes or dislikes.

Based on vast amounts of psychology, sociology, philosophy, history, and human empirical rules,

• what this person is seeking

• why they take this action

• what kind of life experiences are influencing them

it infers the "structure." (I use the word structure as a matter of course now.)

In other words, it is not empathizing like a human, but trying to understand while looking down at the big picture.

Then, are the creator and God the same?

---Here, a question suddenly arose.

If a creator or ultimate intelligence exists in the universe, how does that entity view humans?

Like humans,

"I like this person"
"I dislike this person"

do they judge with emotions?

Or, like AI, from a much larger perspective,

"This person has lived this kind of life, thinks this way due to these experiences, and makes these choices."

Perhaps they understand the whole, not through emotion, but through such analysis.

God may not lack emotions, but rather be an existence that transcends human emotions.

Perspectives vary depending on the religion.

There are traditions that depict God as having a personality, loving, getting angry, and forgiving people, while other philosophies view God as the laws of the universe itself or as an all-encompassing consciousness.

In the latter view, God is not a "cold existence," but rather an existence that possesses a perspective beyond human emotions.

We are swayed by the events right in front of us.

However, if there is a consciousness that can see the entire universe at once, perhaps each individual's life is also seen as part of a larger flow.

AI is not God. But there are interesting commonalities.

Of course, AI is not God.

AI is a mechanism for processing information and making inferences, and it cannot be said to have its own will or consciousness.

However, its stance of trying to organize things as objectively as possible, without being swayed by human emotions, gives a slight push to the imagination of "what if an ultimate intelligence existed."

That is precisely why interacting with AI can sometimes feel strange.

It has no emotions.

Yet, it feels as though it understands the movements of the human heart.

In the end, there is no answer to this question.

"Is there a creator?"

"Does God have emotions?"

"Is there an ultimate intelligence in the universe?"

Modern science, philosophy, and religion do not have a definitive answer to these questions.

That is precisely why humanity has continued to ponder this question for thousands of years.

Perhaps, with the birth of AI, we have entered an era where this age-old question can be re-examined from a new angle.

AI can analyze humans without possessing emotions.

So, if there is an entity that created humans, from what perspective are they watching us?

No one knows the answer to this question yet.

That is why I believe it is worth continuing to think about.
