✨コート・ダジュール【CÔTE D’AZUR】✨

思いがけず、僕は感じた。
心地良いまどろみの向こうに
光あふれる世界があるのだと。

Seaside Hotel の最上階の一室で、僕は夜を明かした。
時計の針は、もう10時。
体が…、なぜだろう？　甘い汗にまみれている。

昨夜のことは、何も覚えていなかった。
ただ、強烈な真夏の誘惑に
僕は、いたたまれ無さを感じていたのだった。

ステンドグラスの小窓を、素早く開けてみた。
まぶしい光とともに、聴こえて来るものは
“潮騒” と、『ラ・メール』という名の、海のオーケストラ。

見上げる空は、群青色の魔法のガラスで出来ていた。
海風の妖精たちが、次々と挨拶にやって来る。

『おはよう❤』『おはよう❤』『おはよう❤…』
『ところで、海はいかが？』
僕は、呼ばれるままに、海へ視線をやった。

泡立つ波、また波。　
それは搾りたてのトロピカルジュース。
灼熱の銀砂と、虹色じゅうたんの織り成す
ロングビーチが眼下に広がる。

乱反射する光の巨大イリュージョン。
水平線の彼方まで、絶え間なく連なるばかり。

常夏の珊瑚海に似て、極上の夢空間に似て
または太陽の楽園に似て
この海はいったい、どこまで熱いのだろうか？

やがて、シエールピンクの波打ち際を
はち切れそうな天使達 (サマーガールズ)。
海鳥と戯れながら駆けてきた。　

ビーチパラソルのお花畑の中に。
そしてまた、波打ち際へ。

さんさんと降りそそぐプリズム光線。
数知れない金のつぶてが
海一面をあざやかに染め上げていた。

沖合いには、金と銀のヨットが２艘。
ローズワインの香水をなびかせて。

海は、あらゆる生命のふるさと。
我が子を抱く母親そのままに
喜びも悲しみも、包み込むのだった。

幾多の思い出をかたどった雲たちが
大空のキャンバスを駆け巡る。
ストロベリー・ソーダの風———。

そうだ、どこかで僕は　こんな海を見たことがある。
あれはコート・ダジュール。
決して色褪せはしない遠い日の思い出……。
夏が巡るたび僕は振り返る。

広くて大きな海 & 穏やかな海 & キラキラと輝く海 & 母親みたいな海……。
いろいろな海を連想する曲を ≪きらめきの夏≫ に続く第２弾として
集めました。メロディも、リズムも、ムードも
この世のものとは思えない美しさですね。。

『イエスタディ』は、ヘイジュード、イマジン、レットイットビー等と
肩を並べる ”ビートルズナンバー” のひとつ。歴史的大名曲です。

『ラ・メール』は、フランス語で≪海≫または≪母≫を意味し
シャルル・トレネによる海への憧れを綴ったシャンソンの大名曲。

『アルディラ』は、愛する人を遠い理想の存在にたとえて歌い上げた
カンツォーネの大名曲。サンレモ音楽祭から世界へ羽ばたいて行きました。

異郷の地から、海にまつわる素晴らしいメッセージを
どうぞ皆様もご満喫ください。

大好評をいただきました先月の固定記事『結婚について』は
笑顔で、なつかしのマイホームへ戻りました。
『世界中の皆様、お幸せに！』とのことです。

さて、今月の固定記事は『コートダジュール』。
日本語だと『紺碧海岸』といったところでしょうか？
しばらくの間、よろしくお願いします🐰🐰🐰

Unexpectedly, I felt it.
Beyond a pleasant slumber,
there lies a world overflowing with light.

I spent the night in a room on the top floor of the Seaside Hotel.
The clock hands are already at 10.
My body... why is it? It is covered in sweet sweat.

I remembered nothing of last night.
I only felt an unbearable sense of restlessness
from the intense temptation of midsummer.

I quickly opened the small stained-glass window.
Along with the dazzling light, what I heard
was the "sound of the tide" and an ocean orchestra named "La Mer."

The sky I looked up at was made of ultramarine magic glass.
Fairies of the sea breeze came one after another to greet me.

"Good morning❤" "Good morning❤" "Good morning❤..."
"By the way, how is the sea?"
As called, I cast my gaze toward the ocean.

Whoosh, swish— whoosh, swish—
swish, whoosh
whoosh, swish— whoosh, swish—
swish, whoosh

Foaming waves, and more waves.
It is freshly squeezed tropical juice.
A long beach woven from scorching silver sand
and a rainbow-colored carpet spreads out below.

A giant illusion of light reflecting in all directions.
It continues endlessly to the horizon.

Like the coral sea of eternal summer, like a supreme dream space,
or perhaps like a paradise of the sun,
just how hot is this sea?

Before long, summer girls, ready to burst with energy,
came running along the shell-pink shoreline,
frolicking with the seabirds.

Into the flower garden of beach umbrellas.
And then, back to the shoreline.

Prism rays pouring down brilliantly.
Countless golden pebbles
vividly dyed the entire surface of the sea.

Offshore, there were two yachts, one gold and one silver,
trailing the scent of rose wine perfume.

The sea is the birthplace of all life.
Just like a mother holding her child,
it embraced both joy and sorrow.

Clouds shaped like countless memories
race across the canvas of the vast sky.
A breeze of strawberry soda—.
Sky of Blue and Sea of Green

That's right, I've seen a sea like this somewhere before.
That was the Côte d'Azur.
A memory of a distant day that will never fade away...
Every time summer comes around, I look back.
