Literary Tea Kettle [Weekly Short-Short Note]
Nothing comes to mind. Absolutely nothing.
This is the fifth time we've attempted to create an anthology with members who love to write and sell it at the Literary Flea Market.
Unlike my past works, which I could write relatively smoothly, this time I can't come up with any ideas at all.
It's because the theme is difficult.
The theme this time is 'Kettle' (kama). It's just too lacking in versatility.
Every time, the theme is a single kanji character. We've had things like 'Friend,' 'Hope,' and 'Dream'.
This time, the representative declared, 'I'll choose a character from the page of the kanji dictionary I open,' and as a result, 'Kettle' was brilliantly chosen.
I can't think of any uses for a kettle other than cooking rice or boiling water.
Unfortunately, I have no experience with the tea ceremony.
If only my imagination would bubble up, just like the water boiling.
Thinking about that, I went into a Japanese-style restaurant and was surprised when I went to the drink bar to get a beverage.
In front of the many types of tea leaves were a kettle filled with hot water and a ladle.
I don't care if it's a hallucination caused by my overthinking brain.
I grabbed the ladle as if clinging to it and scooped up the hot water.

Hello.
I felt like writing something, so I checked the [Weekly Short-Short Note] prompt for the first time in a while, and as expected, it was difficult and left me spinning in circles. This is Hanemiya.
The prompt was 'Literary Tea Kettle'.
From Literary Flea Market to Bunbuku Chagama (The Lucky Tea Kettle), I never expected 'Literary Tea Kettle' to be the prompt.
The [Weekly Short-Short Note] prompts are truly difficult, aren't they?
Though that is what makes it fun.
It would be nice if there were a tea kettle that could boil up creative ideas just like boiling water.
Or perhaps some literary tea that makes images spring to mind.
What was the story of the Bunbuku Chagama again?
That was Hanemiya, who couldn't remember when I saw the prompt.
Thank you for reading.

It seems 'Tea Kettle' was difficult for the AI...
