PSFAVW™ – A Paradigm Shift Framework for Rebuilding Thought Structures in the Workplace(This post is written with the help of a translation tool. Thank you for understanding.)
🧭 Introduction
Hi, I’m 現場_Voice (Genba Voice).
For some time, I’ve been working on redefining the “invisible issues” people experience at work—things like subtle discomfort or misalignments that are hard to express.
This post introduces my self-developed framework:
PSFAVW™ – Paradigm Shift Framework with AI and Voice for the Workplace
It’s written in a “wiki-style” format to make it easier to understand the background, structure, philosophy, and potential applications.
Unlike conventional business frameworks that aim to “fit” problems into a model, PSFAVW™ starts by embracing the gaps and paradigm distortions as sources of new energy for reconstructing our thinking.
I hope it can offer a spark for those feeling stuck or sensing something’s off—but struggling to put it into words.
Let this be a map to begin again.
🔍 What is PSFAVW™?
P: Paradigm Shift (shift in perspective)
S: Strengthening the shift (cognitive reframing)
F: Framework (rethinking existing models)
A: AI (accelerating thought and structure-building)
V: Voice (personal insights and internal signals)
W: Workplace (practical implementation)
This framework doesn’t shy away from cognitive dissonance or organizational friction.
Instead, it sees these gaps as the starting point for real change.
It’s based on the idea that what breaks systems isn’t lack of logic—it’s often the mismatch between structure and reality.
🧠 Background
In recent years, while policies like work-style reform have progressed on paper,
real-world workplaces are still filled with overlooked voices and unaddressed discomfort.
I experienced severe harassment in a major corporation myself.
Throughout that experience, I had to continuously shift my own perspective,
asking: “Why does this keep happening?”
Eventually, I realized:
The misalignment between systems and lived experience had grown so large, it could no longer be solved by individual effort alone.
PSFAVW™ was born out of the need to redefine, reframe, and reimplement how we deal with these structural issues.
🛠️ Where Can It Be Used?
This framework is not industry- or role-specific.
It can be applied in any field where a shift in perspective is needed.
Here are just a few examples:
💡 For Planning & Creativity
Unblocking stagnant project development
Reframing product/service design challenges
🏢 For Organizations & HR
Promoting internal reflection during leadership training
Preventing “managerial echo chambers” or over-individualized processes
Rebuilding inter-team collaboration or systemic health
🎓 For Education & Career Support
Training students in meta-awareness and critical thinking
Helping reframe career planning and life design
Other uses include:
Policy review, qualitative interviews, presentation support, even household communication improvement.
🔎 For Those Who Want to Go Deeper
This post is a “light wiki” version.
The full theory behind PSFAVW™ includes much more, such as:
Why perspective shift produces internal energy
How AI and personal voice interact to rebuild structure
The concept of “dynamic frameworks” that can restart from any point

🙌 Closing
If you’re someone who:
Wants to try applying this thinking
Works in HR, education, or innovation
Feels like current systems just don’t work anymore—
Then PSFAVW™ is for you.
I will keep developing and refining this model as a way to visualize structural problems and reintroduce humanity into broken systems.
If you found this helpful, I’d love a follow, a comment, or a share.
Thank you for reading.
Let’s rethink from the ground up.
