How to deal with a son who uses abusive language
What type is your child?
Yes, as I wrote before, my son uses abusive language.

He bares his fangs at everyone and everything at every opportunity.
That is a manifestation of his anxiety. It is also likely a manifestation of his frustration with himself as he struggles with the gap between reality and his ideals.
He is also continuing his streak of days not going to school.
Although he was able to go to school for the first time in a while on the day of a field trip the other day, he naturally returned to his usual routine afterward, and he continues to stay home without being moved at all by events like Sports Day.
Over these past few months, I have reached the state of mind that he doesn't have to force himself to go to school, but my honest feeling is that I want him to maintain a connection with society as much as possible.
Yesterday, Sunday, was a Boy Scout activity.
It is a valuable opportunity for my eldest son to connect with society.
When I confirmed his intention to participate on Saturday night, all sorts of anxieties overflowed, and his usual "I don't want to go" started to flicker.
However, if I were to say "You don't have to go" this time, I'm sure he would really quit Boy Scouts. That would be such a waste.
Thinking that, I pulled him along a little firmly, and he reluctantly said, "I'll go!"

And then Sunday morning arrived.
He won't wake up.
He won't wake up!
You have to leave by 7:30 to make it on time. That's why I told you 7 o'clock at the latest, didn't I?
Even so, I can't give up at this point today.
I managed to wake him up using the "I'm going to kiss you" attack that Genchon taught me.
Thank you, Genchon.
And while making the rice balls to pack for his lunch, I got him to change his clothes.
My eldest son keeps unleashing his grumpy skills: 'Reproach Wave,' 'Energy Lost,' and 'Spiky Counter' over and over again.
I, the father, do not give up.
In order to somehow get him to eat breakfast, I succeeded in summoning him to the dining table!
That's when my eldest son muttered.
'Hey. Can you come with me?'
Huh?
'I said, I want you to come too, Dad.'
'Does that mean if I come along, you'll be able to do your best?'
'That's a completely different story. But I still want you to come.'
And there it is. His signature move: 'What do you mean, impossible request?'
I am truly honored to be invited on a hike 10 minutes before departure with zero preparation.
It's already clear that if I miss this, he'll head straight for 'I'm not going.'
A father wants his son to experience the 'sense of accomplishment that comes from finishing something.' And someday, I want him to evolve from just a 'spiky, grumpy person' into a 'strong person who can protect others and himself.'
Let's go.
With that quiet remark, I steeled my resolve to go.
In truth, it's no wonder he's anxious.
It's a hike of over 5km.
And the main part is climbing a rocky mountain.
Can my 10-year-old eldest son, who doesn't move from the sofa every day, handle such a place?
No, isn't it impossible?
Come to think of it, when was the last time he even went outside?
I'm anxious. Dad is anxious too.
But let's do our best together.

And my eldest son, as soon as we arrived at the meeting place, complained of a stomachache.
It was half-expected, but if he's really in pain and can't move, I can't take him. It's a very difficult decision.
Should I push him, or gracefully withdraw?
Watching my son's condition, I search for which is the right answer.
And the conclusion: we go.
If it doesn't work out, I'll just have to carry him back halfway.
But if we quit here, nothing will remain.
Sorry, my son!
I put my clearly grumpy son on the train.
Along the way, I showed him some of the truly silly tweets from Hiroki of the World's Blue☆, and my son even managed a small smile.
"There's a funny guy, isn't there?"
Thank you, Ao-san!
Up until now, my son hadn't been able to open up to friends he hadn't seen in a while, keeping his distance and hiding behind his father. Once a seat opened up and he sat down, it seemed he started playing shiritori with the friend next to him.
Look, son, they said 'shi'.
"Die."
"Ne, ne, nezumi (mouse)."
Huh!? Is that okay?
Well, they seem to be having fun, so I guess it's fine. I see. You guys are angels for accepting my son like this.
While feeling grateful to his friends, I am relieved that my son's smile has returned. My initial decision to go was the right one after all.

The hiking itself was fairly tough.
I carried his bag for him today as a special favor, and while there were moments he complained along the way, seeing my child keep up with everyone else made me tear up.
Do your best.
Cheering him on in my heart, and actually saying, "You're doing great," to him.
We arrived at the summit around noon.
The children are getting excited by the incredible view.
Everyone shouts out at once.
"Yoo-hoo!!"
You can't actually hear an echo, but doing the echo part is all part of the set.
"Yoo-hoo"
Everyone takes turns shouting loudly.
My son is joining in too, and he looks like he's having fun.
Then, one of the children yells out.
"Yoo-sco!!"
Everyone responds.
"Yeah!"
I couldn't help but burst out laughing. Seriously, this is why kids are so funny.

My eldest son made it home safely, though I was so tired I fell asleep on the train ride back.
"That was fun."
Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to hear.
"I tried really hard."
Yeah, yeah, I think so too.
"I'm going to play Switch as soon as I get home!"
That's right. There's a game event today, isn't there? But even so, you did a great job coming along.
I got back, went to vote, and the hard mode continued for quite a while, but it seems it was a satisfying day for my eldest son.
When I told him we should go to bed early today, he looked clearly dissatisfied, but when I said that he needs to sleep well to let his body absorb the experience of exercising hard, he was able to go to bed early without complaint.
My eldest son went to sleep full of enthusiasm, saying he would move his body with Ring Fit and study on his tablet tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to seeing how much effort he will show from now on.
And until the day you can evolve, Dad will work hard with you.
Here is today's unsolicited article introduction.
Yurayura Miruko-san.
It's Halloween 🎃, isn't it?✨️
