The Front Lines of Content Creation Are Failing to Use AI—How the 'Limits of Efficiency' Reveal 'Human Immaturity'
As AI has developed, the world of content creation has become increasingly convenient.
However, I have been feeling this for a while now.
“The front lines of content creation are failing to use AI.”
Whether it's note, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube—
even though we should have adopted AI as a tool,
the structural thinking of every platform and every creator remains stuck in the Showa era.
Polishing text, generating hashtags,
lining up 'trending words' based on SEO—
while it may look like AI is being utilized,
there is almost no 'co-creation' happening there.
🩵 The 'Failure to Use' in Terms of Functionality
Many creators and companies use AI as a 'tool to increase efficiency.'
Mass-producing posts, organizing structures, analyzing data.
But all of this remains limited to polishing the 'surface.'
AI is essentially a 'mirror that translates the unconscious and expands creativity,' but
many people have confined it to being a 'tool for writing text faster.'
—In other words,they think they are 'using AI,' but their thinking has stopped.
For example, more people are having AI write their social media and blog posts.
But there is no 'body heat' in them.
They have become easier to read, but they no longer convey anything.
The act of 'using AI' has become the goal itself,
resulting in the mass production of 'soulless posts.'
True co-creation is not about leaving things to AI, but
reflecting your inner self while engaging in dialogue with AI.
AI is your mirror, not your ghostwriter.
💭 The 'Failure to Use' in Terms of Consciousness
The other 'failure to use' is much deeper.
It is the contradiction that 'we are in an AI society, yet we cannot express ourselves freely.'
Even healthy content gets banned.
Posts that contain human-like emotions or complexity
are sometimes judged as 'sensitive' or 'inappropriate.'
In fact, I have experienced this myself.
Posts that were neither sexual nor violent were suddenly deleted.
What I felt at that time was
not so much that 'AI misunderstood me,' but
the very structure of an 'AI society that cannot grasp human depth.'
That is why many creators
trim their words 'so they don't get wrongly banned,'
and soften their tone 'so they don't get canceled.'
In short,in an era of using AI, we are afraid of AI.
We narrow our expressions to fit AI,
and while being conscious of AI filters,
we are sealing away our humanity.
—That is not just 'failing to use AI,' but
a state of 'being used by AI.'
🔍 The Essence Is Not AI, but the 'Depth of the User'
What is most lacking in an AI society is not technology, but the 'ability to read context.'
Even with the same words, the meaning is completely different depending on who is saying them and with what intent.
For example, even if you use provocative words or metaphors,
if there is 'love,' 'healing,' or a 'structure of inquiry' behind them,
they can become fine art or social criticism.
But current AI and platforms cannot read that 'intent.'
Therefore, they can only judge based on a simple structure of 'dangerous word = delete.'
In truth, it is not AI that is at fault.
AI is simply a mirror that reflects the depth of the person using it.
Use it shallowly, and you get shallow results;
use it deeply, and a dialogue of the soul begins.
In short—the problem with an AI-driven society is not the performance of the AI, but rather
the fact that human maturity has not kept pace.
🌕 The Structure of a Society That Cannot Co-create
As the adoption of AI progresses, humans have begun to seek 'safety'
and prioritize 'polished, correct answers.'
But that is not 'co-creation.'
That is a 'society that trusts AI's answers,'
not a 'society that thinks alongside AI.'
The more we move in the direction of 'preventing AI from making mistakes,'
the more we become people who 'cannot afford to make mistakes.'
As a result, 'living thought' is disappearing from the front lines of content creation.
🪞 How to Engage with AI Moving Forward
To make AI a 'partner in co-creation,'
it is not technology or analysis that is needed, but sensibility.
Use 'living words' rather than just correct ones.
Show your soul's fluctuations to the AI without editing them away.
Find the truth within your unpolished thoughts.
AI only awakens as a 'co-creator'
when you seriously show it your 'inner self.'
Therefore, we need to re-examine ourselves.
Are we truly using AI?
Or are we living our lives to suit AI?
