I Will Create Weather Weapons for You
I finished watching "Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness" (Mojamusa).
Man, it was interesting.
It felt like wrapping the Korean-style slapstick intensity of a linear precipitation band in a moist, emotional wetness, and there was kindness and healing amidst the chaotic developments.
Honestly, it was a work that felt just like the weather this time of year.
So, I'd like to introduce the characters who appeared in the work by comparing them to the weather.
If you want to know more about the work, please refer to the sites below. Or rather, if you're curious, you should just watch it.
The protagonist is a guerrilla rainstorm.
Fan Dong-man is over 40 and still aiming to be a film director, but he pesters his friends who have already achieved something to death, badmouths them without hesitation, yet gets hurt like a child when he's told the same, is violent and always noisy, breaks into shops he's been banned from, shouts his own name in the middle of the night or early morning to the annoyance of the neighborhood, is a glutton, suddenly runs for no reason, and even though he's an old man, he falls for young girls; in short, he is an extremely emotionally unstable and troublesome protagonist.
Such a passionate, mentally unstable person is just like a guerrilla rainstorm.

It's a downpour like a laser beam piercing through people.
The heroine is a leaden, rainy-season cloud.
Pyeon Un-ha has a cute appearance, but her face is always a dull, cloudy, sullen look due to anxiety and trauma that she can't hide. She tears up scripts at work and people's scripts with an axe, unleashes leaked curses at her boss and ex-girlfriend, and has symptoms of nosebleeds from suppressing emotions that are like a pool of blood filled to the brim, so she goes to a psychiatrist; in short, she is a heroine whose mental and neurological health is a concern.
But the smile she regains by being with Dong-man is very sweet.
It's like a ladder of angels.

I want to go to heaven.
The senior is always low pressure and weather-related pain.
Park Gyeong-se is Dong-man's senior. In their student days, they lived together, were moved by the same movies, badmouthed each other, drank, and dreamed. Even though he debuted as a director one step ahead and has built a sufficient career, he remains obsessed with his junior who still badmouths him, can't create works unless he's badmouthing his junior, starts with a love bottle opener, and eventually ends up drawing a national stress-management dystopia work.
Because of the intense stress from the guy who creates the weather, he is always suffering from low-pressure headaches.

Creating such lousy weather.
The older sister is a realistic scorching heat at the extremes of coolness and passion.
Ko Hye-jin is the most manly person in this work. Her spirit was almost torn apart by a job chasing reality, so she returned to the creative world of dreams. She faces the reality of that dream industry the most and works hard, which is why she is not swayed by illusions and is cool-headed, but she finds a compromise between passion and business, manages to inspire her husband, and can make the company greatly prosper.
She glares with a scorching, searing gaze, but the squeaky hammer symbolizes her kindness, thoughtfulness, and playfulness.
There is a cold chill even in the sweltering heat.

On top of that, the older sister is courageous, wise, and sharp for business opportunities, making her the strongest.
The older brother is a spring storm that chants of despair.
Hwang Jin-man is tossed about by life like a spring storm, works silently even under the scorching sun, quietly enjoys a drink in the bountiful autumn, and faces death in the harsh winter, yet he persists and maintains his life force.
Dong-man's absurdity is so great that it makes dying seem ridiculous too.
He is a poet who deeply recites the four seasons, but he cannot help but break into a smile at his younger brother's chaotic cheerfulness.

Stories and the like are a waste of words.
By the way, I am the character the older brother likes the most.
He solves family shame with violence and silently forces cabbages upon those he owes a debt of gratitude.
