Characteristics of People Who Need Coaching

In the course of my work as a "coach," I am often asked, "What kind of people receive coaching?"

To be honest, the name itself doesn't really make sense, does it? Coaching.

Someone please come up with a better name. lol

So, the answer to that question is something like this.

However, to be honest, I think point 2 can be handled through research.

After all, we have AI now.

While it is important to broaden your perspective through coaching, I think it is smoother to just Google or ask AI about the means.

That said, without point 1, there is no point 2, and as for points 3 and 4, AI still cannot handle those.

This is because current AI caters to people and only says yes.

It is still the role of a human to sense the subtle atmosphere and discomfort a person is feeling and ask questions accordingly.

Furthermore, the approach to people whose actions fizzle out or who stop taking action differs depending on the school of coaching.

Some people say, "I'll support you all the way! Let's do it together!" Others say, "Let's find the root cause of why you can't or don't want to take action," and some say, "If you can't or don't want to do it, let's find a way that suits you."

By the way, I am the type that finds the root cause.

That is because I believe that in the long run, it is what is best for that person.
