The more you think about it, the more absurd and insane it seems. Is there any light at the end of that tunnel?
'Crows':
A passionate ensemble drama about men set at 'Suzuran High School,' where the lowest-scoring, toughest fighters gather.
Suzuran High School:
Commonly known as the 'School of Crows.' It gathers the strongest delinquents in the prefecture, but their personalities are so strong that no one can unite them.
Transform before you collapse
The pressure of 'what if I fail'.
Despair from feeling like you can't make it.

before you collapse, transform into whatever state you need to as an actor,
and keep standing there.
Even when you are trembling, thinking 'what if I fail,' perform to the end for the sake of the next scenario.
A quiet madness is a necessary condition for success.
To 'transform' is not about whittling yourself down to fit into the company. It is simply about deciding that you 'won't get off the stage yet' and playing your part for today.
Don't risk your life for the 'show' of work.
If you try to transform and it's still painful, let's run away. There are other stages out there.
Personal theory based on intuition
Not habituation, but numbness
People often dismiss things as 'getting used to it,' but that resolution is far too low.
The states of 'enjoyment' or 'being natural' exist only after you have transcended the following cycle.
Despair → Retry → Numbness/Madness → Resignation → Natural state
When you have pushed through in a gritty way until your senses go numb,
a good result will eventually be waiting for you.
I don't call this 'growth.'
It is just the result of having survived.

HERO LIVES IN ACCOUNTING
In early January, as a first-year employee, I was working overtime.
Past 6:00 PM, the cleaning staff arrived.
Past 7:00 PM, the number of people dwindled, and the energy-saving mode kicked in. The office was dominated by a heavy silence, as if dark clouds were hanging over it.
Looking around, the only ones left were mostly us in the accounting department.
Past 7:30 PM, I gave up on caring and entered the zone.
First, that song started playing in my head.
