Writing on note for nearly a month

I am 'Rakumane,' an active manager.

It has been exactly one month since I restarted note.
I have been posting for 28 consecutive days, and I am about to reach 30 days in a row.

When I wrote on note before, it was like a daily diary or sharing information... the theme was inconsistent, and before I knew it, I had stopped updating...

This time, I made 'continuing' my goal, and along the way, I decided to challenge myself to post every day.

To keep going, setting a theme is essential.

I realized once again that the 'theme' is the key.

This time, I set 'work' and 'management' as my core focus, and I have been writing mainly about things I keep in mind and my personal experiences.

After all, when you are an active manager, there are so many things you think and feel every day...
It is a relief not to have to force myself to come up with ideas.

On the other hand, I try to relax a bit on weekends and write reflections on my progress like this one.
By including themes from different perspectives, I am able to continue without strain.

It's a work cycle, I suppose (laughs).

Also, to make sure I can write as soon as I think of something, I try to leave a one-line note in my drafts.

Sometimes, things I noted down at work like 'I need to share this' ended up becoming articles just like that.

It is also necessary not to overthink things, like worrying about running out of ideas.
I really try to write about things that 'just pop into my head'.

How to interact with AI

Recently, I've seen many posts about "quickly creating articles with AI."

Actually, I was also getting help from AI at first. That said, I decided on the themes myself and wrote the content myself, so AI was just an auxiliary tool.

However, I often end up rewriting things into "my own words." It seems I can't really do anything like full automation.

After continuing for a month, I feel like the sense I had back when I used to write a blog has returned.

Ah, I used to write with these kinds of sentence endings. Or, I always used to insert line breaks about this much, and so on.

Standardized and polished sentences aren't bad, but
it feels more right when I look back on them later if I include my own habits and little turns of phrase, like "well..."

Especially regarding work, since I write mainly about what I usually feel and convey, when I use AI
it becomes a general nuance, so while it's saying the same kind of thing, it's slightly different... well, that's the feeling.

I feel like it becomes bland if you rely too much on AI...

I thought it might take time to create if I did that, but I feel like I'm writing quickly thanks to my old blog experience.

It actually had quite a lot of traffic, with 700,000 PVs lol
I've already closed it, though...

Looking ahead

First, I will achieve 30 consecutive days of posting, and from there, I want to challenge myself to see how long I can continue "daily posting."
