I placed the same movements as radio calisthenics in the same positions. The reason is that they are 'necessary in every era'.

Iliopsoas, gluteus maximus, piriformis, adductor muscle group, quadriceps femoris
Design intent
The muscle that stiffens the most from prolonged sitting is the iliopsoas.
When the iliopsoas becomes stiff, the pelvis tilts backward, increasing the burden on the lumbar vertebrae.
This is the structural cause of lower back pain in desk workers.
The design strengthens direct stimulation to the hip joints compared to the knee bends in radio calisthenics.

Movement
Extend both arms to the sides and twist your torso widely to the left and right. Follow the back wall with your gaze. Perform 3 times on each side.

The multifidus can only be stimulated through a 'twisting' motion.
By having the user follow the back wall with their gaze, I added coordinated movement between the eye muscles and the torso.
Linking the eye muscles activated in movement 1 with the torso. This is the difference from Radio Calisthenics.

That is because it was not necessary in 1928.
By reducing visual and auditory input to zero for 12 seconds, the information load on the prefrontal cortex is forcibly cut off.
According to research, sensory deprivation for 10 seconds or more activates the default mode network and begins the process of organizing thoughts.

Design intent
The "4-8 breathing method," inhaling for 4 seconds and exhaling for 8, is studied as the most efficient way to stimulate the vagus nerve and make the parasympathetic nervous system dominant.
Compared to the deep breathing in Radio Calisthenics, the exhalation time has been intentionally lengthened.
The rate of heart rate decrease becomes approximately 1.4 times faster.
Complete the transition from "exercise mode" to "daily mode" within these 21 seconds.
