Since I got sick, I get tired easily 😓 (menopause included). I work part-time, do housework, and
I try to cook as easily as possible and incorporate
convenient cooking tools.
Since I can make side dishes while grilling fish in the microwave pan, it's really made things easier since I started using it.

How to make

Put fish 🐟 (mackerel, salmon, etc.) in the microwave pan
Put it in the microwave for 4 minutes on the front, flip it over, and do 4 minutes on the back
Just by doing that, you can make grilled fish 🐟

Gyoza 🥟
You can also make gyoza.
Put the gyoza in the microwave pan and
after about 6 minutes on the front and 3 minutes on the back,
you can eat healthy gyoza
with a nice sear and no oil 🥟
I'm happy that I don't have to use oil ☺️

Fried egg 🍳 & sausages

For both fried eggs and sausages,
put them in, watch them for about 6 minutes,
and heat for an additional minute or so

How was it when you actually made it?

My mother-in-law told me that she cooks fish
using a microwave pan.
I had bought one a long time ago and left it unused,
so I pulled it out from the shelf
and tried using it, and it was so convenient!
So convenient!
I've been using it ever since.
It's especially convenient and easy for grilling fish 🐟.
The coating started to peel off, and I actually
ended up buying a second one 👀.
I even gave one as a gift to my daughter.

It has now become something I can't live without.
It has become essential.
