The Culinary-Challenged Poltergeist: Plating Training in Progress
Recently, although I'm still bad at cooking, I've become able to make a few things. However, my plating is catastrophically unappealing.

My partner told me, "It looks like a dying message" (we happened to be watching Detective Conan at the time, so the timing was perfect).
So, I changed my strategy. I decided to steal my partner's plating techniques.
I started observing from the best position, 45 degrees behind and to the side, at a distance where I could just barely see their hands.
Just as I was concentrating on learning seriously...

I was scolded.
Wait, a poltergeist? I'm a trainee, you know?
After that, I had a serious discussion with my partner about why I was labeled a "poltergeist".
Partner: "If you're going to be that close, at least move the plates so it's easier to plate things."
Me: "No, I was just staring intently to learn how to plate."

We were completely at cross-purposes. My eagerness to learn hadn't been conveyed in the slightest.
Maybe I have no choice but to hang a sign around my neck that says "In Training."

Well, just because I watched doesn't mean I'll suddenly get better at it, though...

The Culinary-Challenged Poltergeist: Plating Training in Progress: Summary
Thank you for reading this far.

This time, it was a story about a poltergeist trying to improve their poor plating skills.
Well, no matter what you're doing, it's important to say a word before you start.
Still, I wonder if the day will ever come when I get better at plating?
But well, it's all the same once it's in your stomach!
Thank you for reading until the end.
