Many people want to grow their
TikTok or YouTube Shorts accounts, but
in reality, there are surprisingly few people who operate them strategically.

For those struggling with these issues,
simply being conscious of a “business mindset” in SNS management
will change your results.

I personally reached 10,000 followers on TikTok in six months and
1,000 subscribers on YouTube in six months,
because I properly implemented goal setting, data analysis,
and systematizing consistency.

Rule 1: Goal Setting! Clarify your destination


“By when do you want to reach what numbers?”
Deciding this concretely is
the first step to success.


✖︎ Bad goal example:
“I just want to increase my followers!”

“I will reach 10,000 followers within one year!”


“Break down” your goals to create a realistic plan
For example,
if you aim for “10,000 followers in a year”…


Annual goal: 10,000 followers in one year
Monthly goal: Increase by 833 followers every month
Weekly goal: Increase by about 208 followers every week
Daily goal: Increase by 30 followers every day


By breaking it down from “Year → Month → Week → Day” like this,
your daily actions
become clear.

Rule 2: Check and analyze the numbers


Once you have set your goals,
the next important thing is
“checking the numbers and making improvements.”


→ Check your follower count and
video view counts every day

→ Compare your target numbers with the actual numbers

→ If you haven’t reached your goal, analyze the cause


For example,
suppose your goal is to increase by 30 followers a day,
but you only gained 10.


In this case, it is important to
think about “why they didn’t increase”
as follows.



Example of cause analysis:
✖︎ Was the video posting time bad?
→ Look at the data and post at the optimal time
✖︎ Is the video content not resonating?
→ Compare it with past videos that performed well
✖︎ Are you failing to reach your target audience?
→ Review your hashtags and captions

In SNS management, rather than
aiming to “go viral in a short period,” “continuing for a long time

Make it a habit to check numbers daily and cycle through PDCA

Even if you don’t see results at first, continue to increase your chances of growth
