I am Iwai, the representative of UTSUWA Publishing.

This time, we interviewed Ryota Sawai, who published How to Untangle the Hardships of Your First Year as a Working Professional: To Be Able to Smile Again, about content that could not be fully written in the book.

Mr. Sawai spent his university years with a strong desire to "be involved in education" rather than just "wanting to be a teacher."

Although he actually became a teacher, the reality was completely different from what he had imagined, and he had to quit because his mental health suffered.

However, the passion to "be involved in education" did not fade within Mr. Sawai, and he went through various experiences (he has truly had many experiences, such as being an actor and publishing picture books).

And now, he has become the vice-chairman of the NPO Hidamari no Oka, where he is once again burning with passion for education and nurturing.
