Shiritori -- Started a picture shiritori (#1)
Shiritori

Today marks the start of the second half of 2022, and since it's been about two months since I started note, I thought about whether there was some project I could continue every day
(*1) and after much thought, I decided to try this silly thing.
*1: At the beginning of starting note, I was writing something called a "Fighters Diary," but once I started writing, I couldn't stop, and it ended up being a messy, long-winded piece. Despite that, the content was as thin as watered-down Calpis, and above all, it took too much time to write, so I couldn't finish it in a day and it just kept piling up... So, I ended up saying, 'No, no, no, this isn't a "diary" at all (lol).' I feel my lack of literary talent once again (*´Д`)
In short, it's a simple project where I give a title to an image and play shiritori using that title.
It might also have a flavor of the 'say something about this photo' style of comedy.
Since it's note, I vaguely thought it might be nice to occasionally have captions longer than a single word or even a short story, but at this point, I don't even know how it will turn out (← whatever).
👇 Something like this.
There is a saying, "Persistence is power", so I'll try something that can be written in a 'short time' and 'continued'.
Since the project itself is silly (lol), I have a simple-minded idea that I might be able to write it without being too uptight ( ̄∀ ̄)
For now, I'll try to aim forone month.
Also, since this shiritoriplaces importance on continuing, even if the last character is "
n", to force it to continue, I won't limit it to the last 1 character👆, but will allow the last 2 characters or even the last 3 characters ( ̄∀ ̄)♪
Example: Shiritori -> "tori" -> Toriyama Akira (toriyamaakira): 2-character take
Shiritori -> "ritori" -> Retreatment: 3-character take
Also, as a personal preference, for words ending in long vowels, geminate consonants, or contracted sounds, I won't use paraphrasing (Suntory -> paraphrase to "santori
i" and play with "i") (Trish -> paraphrase to "torisshi
yu" and play with "yu") or ignoring (Suntory -> ignore the final long vowel and play with the "ri" before it), but will stick to the literal spelling, and if it ends in such special sounds, I willplay with 2 or more characters including the final long vowel, etc.
(If it ends in a contracted sound + long vowel, naturally a 3-character take is the rule).
Example: Suntory -> "rii" -> Lethal Weapon: 2-character take
Andrew -> "ryuu" -> Lute player: 3-character take
With that said, the first image title is "Shiritori". The start of shiritori usually begins with this word ( ̄∀ ̄) I mean, I had a hard time finding an image suitable for "shiritori" (lol).
In the end, the image I chose feels more like "pants-tori" (taking pants) or "pants-torikake" (trying to take pants) rather than "shiritori"...
Well, in the end, I'll just be defiant and say that even very forced connections are totally fine ( ̄∀ ̄)👆
By the way, the text in the header image is taken from the lyrics of the masterpiece "
KMTR645 feat. Nekokaminokamatari" by my favorite band, Rekishi.
In a normal shiritori, you often want to say, "Ugh, 'ri' again?", but by utilizing 2-character and 3-character takes, you can avoid that and prevent it from becoming monotonous ( ̄∀ ̄)
That aside, the MV for this "KMTR645 feat. Nekokaminokamatari" is just amazing (*´∇`*)♪
If you have time, please give it a listen. You can spend 6 minutes much more meaningfully than the time you spend on the silly nonsense I write (o^-')b♪
(Personally, I really love the guitar solo after the second chorus (around 3 minutes and 50 seconds in) ♥)
Well then
May as many people as possible be smiling tomorrow too😊
