I look forward to our continued relationship.
For about half a year starting in May,
I attended a course called "Word Planning."
I normally work at a video production company that mainly produces commercials and music videos.
As some of you may know,
it is a very busy job where sometimes working hours exceed 20 hours a day,
we shoot for three days straight without sleep,
or we end up living in the office conference room for a month...
It is a job where things like that can happen.
Amidst such grueling work, I made up my mind to attend this course, determined to do it even if it killed me, at least once a month.
Even though the company would have paid for it, I paid for it out of my own pocket because I thought if the company paid for it, I might end up thinking it was okay to skip it!
I started attending the course, but as a result, I was never able to attend a lecture from the very beginning.
I was constantly interrupted by sudden shoots and urgent meetings, and there were many days when I headed to Minato Mirai just to attend the last five minutes, feeling nothing but frustration.
Even so, I do not regret meeting this #WordPlanning in the slightest.
I felt frustrated, sad, and lonely, and those were the only feelings I had at the course, but I believe I was definitely able to remember my original intentions, look back on my work since joining the company, find the core within myself, and face my work with a strong sense of awareness.
The letter I read to all my classmates in my final project is everything I was at that moment.
Since I have the chance, I will post almost the entire text here, with just a little editing.

That is all.
I read this while my face was a mess with tears, you know. Haha
I threw this letter in the trash because I thought I wouldn't make it to the final session.
My heart was completely worn out.
So I didn't have the letter on the day, and I read the draft I had written in my notebook.
Later, a kind senior colleague who had seen me throw the letter away from a distance picked it up, and the letter returned to my hands.
So, I thought I would take a picture of it since I had the chance.
Now, I am involved in a new project and spending busy days.
I couldn't participate in the Planning Festival either.
I don't have time for my private life or to do things I like, and as always, I find it difficult to keep a healthy mindset at all times.
However, I am just doing my best for the sake of the creative people who have a passionate love for their work and share it with us, and for the producer who doesn't give up on me even when I can't do things well.
I will work hard now so that I can be a little more grown when this project is completed.
And it would be great if I could work on more various projects with the people I love, and be able to manage things properly when I am allowed to work with the people I love.
Please continue to support Ushijima in the future.
