By referring to the Media Arts Database, Mandarake mail order, personal blog posts, and other auction/flea market sites, I have investigated the Akazukin Chacha appendices included with Ribon magazine from the issue where Rascal-sensei first appeared (June 1993 issue) until the end of the serialization (September 2000 issue), and compiled only those that feature Rascal-sensei.
Even if Ayahana-sensei's name is not explicitly listed in the appendix descriptions on the database, I have tried to check all appendix images for stickers or postcards where multiple artists participated. However, I cannot deny the possibility of omissions or oversights. That said, if an appendix has such a small area of Chacha illustrations that I missed it, the probability of Rascal-sensei being drawn there is close to zero, so I am confident that this summary of 'appendices featuring Rascal-sensei' is mostly accurate.
■1994
January issue: 'Chacha's New Year Bow-Wow Karuta'
A very small and cute paper karuta set measuring 3.6cm x 5cm. There are color illustrations of Rascal-sensei on the 'su', 'do', 'mo', 'yu', and 'ri' cards. Seeing the words 'Rascal-sensei' on the reading cards makes my heart race just from the text alone ^^
March issue: 'Chacha Hina Doll Fortune-telling'
You can see Rascal-sensei dressed as one of the five court musicians. I assume he's the singer??? He looks like he'd be shouting at the top of his lungs, which is so cute...
May issue: 'Chacha and 7 Funny Manga Artists' '94 Gag League Fun Booklet'
There is an illustration of Rascal-sensei only on the cover. His little hands holding the megaphone are cute. ^^ By the way, the Chacha story included in the booklet is 'The Chapter Where Seravy-sensei Catches a Cold,' which is collected in volume 5.
August issue: 'Chacha Pincer Attack Game'
Appears on the game chips. Mayachon and Barabaraman are there too! Isn't this Rascal-sensei's visual just the best... It's rare and cute that Mayachon's clothes and hair accessories are a deep red color!!! Actually, could this be the first appearance of a color illustration of Mayachon?? Barabaraman also looks weak and cute with a maiden-like expression!!!! (It's funny that Umi-bozu is there too, which is quite rare. Don't look so sharp ^^^^)
September issue: Pencil board *Not an appendix, but a lottery prize
As I mentioned on the manga review page, the color title page of Chapter 25, 'The Chapter Where Jation Appears at the Campsite,' which was published in the magazine at the time, was made into a pencil board (size unknown) and given away as a lottery prize to 200 people. I want it so badly... TT If anyone has the actual item, or if, by any chance, there is someone willing to part with it, please let me know...! Please...!It is a phantom item that is nowhere to be found.
December issue: 'Anime Version Akazukin Chacha Great Encyclopedia'
Rascal-sensei is introduced in the booklet: 'A reckless teacher who swings the whip he holds. He likes cute things.' You're the cutest one of all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

March issue: 'Chacha Hina Doll Wobble Game'
Following last year, this is another Chacha Hinamatsuri appendix. Rascal-sensei is one of the five court musicians again, but unlike last year, he is playing the drum. His expression as he looks at the drum with excitement is just so cute--TT He looks like he's going to hit it with all his might.
June issue: 'Chacha Calorie Stickers'
Truly cute. Extremely cute. It's the best because not only Rascal-sensei, but also Mayachon and Barabaraman have two color illustrations each. The illustration of Mayachon stuffing her cheeks with a 'manju' is especially good. It's the lovely fate of a China-style character... As a 'Chacha appendix featuring a color illustration of Rascal-sensei,' it's close to 100 points in satisfaction.
August Issue "Cha-Cha Six-Faced Puzzle"
This is a color illustration of Rascal-sensei from his unexpected days as a bully. I am grateful. The "Secret of the Chicken Coop" chapter, which features Rascal-kun as a bully, was published in the March 1995 issue, so there is quite a gap between that and this appendix. I wonder if Ayahana-sensei liked it, as it is truly delightful. Other sides feature illustrations of Seravy and Dorothy-chan from their childhood, so perhaps it was unified by the childhood theme...? Actually, Rascal-kun as a bully was also selected for the "All-Star Sticker 100" appendix in the January 1996 issue, which I will mention later. It is incredibly surprising.

January Issue "1996 Ribon Calendar" / "All-Star Sticker 100"
Red Riding Hood Cha-Cha is in March of the calendar. Of course, Cha-Cha had participated in previous calendars (and subsequent ones), but Rascal-sensei was always absent, so it feels like, finally! And since it is March, it is Rascal-sensei in the five-musician costume again. (And with a huge smile, too.) Does Ayahana-sensei like making Rascal-sensei play the five musicians? It is so cute that I want to bow and ask for more.Rascal-kun as a bully was unexpectedly selected for the All-Star Sticker 100. While it is an honor and a joy for Rascal-sensei to be in a selection-based appendix, it is a very narrow field, so why Rascal-sensei from his bully days at this time...!? It is a very mysterious choice. This is that thing, the "I would have missed it if it weren't me" moment. (Whispering: While investigating, I actually missed it once... it didn't trigger my long hair and yellow ribbon sensor...!) By the way, child-era Seravy and Dorothy-chan are also there. Is he grouped with them under the childhood theme? If so, I want Maya-chon's childhood too!!!!!! She was so cute and squishy while cleaning with a broom!! January Issue "Cha-Cha Good Luck Fortune"
It is miraculously delightful that Rascal-sensei appeared in an appendix during a period when his appearances in the main magazine had decreased significantly. (Reference: In the previous year, 1997, he only appeared twice in the main magazine's serialization, in the March and April issues, and zero times in the appendices.) When you flip over Rascal-sensei's fortune, it says "Middle Luck: Try something new!" Yes, I will! ^^/ It is too precious to cut out, but the illustration on the inside is also cute!
February Issue "Ribon All-Star Sticker Collection (Cha-Cha One-Liner Stickers)"
As mentioned above, it is very miraculous and delightful that all three teachers are drawn in color illustrations, even if small, in an appendix during the dark, depressing era (just for me) when they had almost disappeared from the main magazine. Maya-chon, Rascal-sensei, Barabaraman... you are all so cute!!!! forever love ...
[Sad News] With this issue, Rascal-sensei will no longer appear in Red Riding Hood Cha-Cha appendices. (Even though he had almost stopped appearing in the magazine since '97, it was too painful that he wasn't even drawn on the final memorial sticker appendix...)
■Finally, a summary-like grumble
After exploring the appendices this time, I am surprised by the low appearance rate of Rascal-sensei in the first place. If I had been a Ribon girl back then, I would have definitely kept sending in letters pleading, "I want more Rascal-sensei appendices." However, it was a great benefit of seasonal appendices to be able to see costumes that cannot be seen in the anime original or the original manga story, such as the five-musician costume for Hinamatsuri. Ah, that is why... if only there had been something involving Maya-chon and Rascal-sensei in the Valentine's Day appendices... I will continue to live with this vainly rising desire even in 2024. If the 30th anniversary of the anime ends with just the release of the Blu-ray BOX, I might cry...
