[Self-Introduction] Omitu, the Introverted Fortune Teller, Writes About Travels
\Good luck comes from circulating both energy and travel/
Fortune Teller & Good Luck Travel Writer | Omitu is my name.
(The kanji for Mitu is the one for honey.)
While working as a fortune teller, I write and talk about good luck travels and shrines and temples. (I'm on stand.fm. Links are posted below the article!)
Taisho Roman and Showa retro are my favorites, and I usually go out wearing a kimono, enjoying visits to modern historical architecture and authentic old-school coffee shops.
I have been familiar with the unseen world since I was a child, but at the same time, I have always been a bit level-headed about the spiritual boom.
I had a complicated family environment, was physically weak, and experienced bullying and school non-attendance, so I spent much of my childhood facing myself.
After entering the workforce, I experienced various jobs such as customer service, finance, and real estate. I think I have lived in the real world while tasting the bitterness of life.
By the way, I am a super introvert. Therefore, I have
very few fortune teller friends. I am not good at standing out or using social media, and I
basically live in the corner. (So, I am writing this self-introduction while trembling...)
Even so, I am good at doing things alone, so I appear all over the country♪ When traveling, I
visit shrines, eat delicious food, and walk through unfamiliar streets. By
actually moving like that, I have experienced many times the moment when the flow of things mysteriously changes.
I believe that fortune telling is not about deciding the future, but a compass to help you live more easily by knowing yourself and reading the flow. Small daily actions can sometimes
be the trigger to circulate good luck.
I value the feeling that good luck comes from circulating both energy and travel.
In this note, I will write about:
・Good luck travels
・Visiting shrines and temples
・Various things as a fortune teller
・Stories about Showa retro and authentic coffee shops
・Delicious food I encountered on my travels
I plan to write mainly about those themes♪
Below, I have also included a more formal biography.
◆Biography◆
After graduating from university, I moved to Canada, where I lived while attending language school.
After returning to Japan, I worked in customer service before joining a major financial institution. I became a
top salesperson in the metropolitan area, and later worked at a real estate investment company, handling asset management and real estate administration for wealthy clients.
After getting married, I began working as a Japanese language teacher, during which time I entered the world of fortune telling in earnest.
Currently, I provide readings focusing on I-Ching Tarot, Nine Star Ki, and Western Astrology, and have conducted over 5,000 readings. I share information on
"Good Luck Travel", which involves circulating good fortune through travel and action.
Visiting shrines and temples is my life's work, and I also engage in writing activities themed around travel, good luck, and the heart.
