By practicing carbohydrate restriction, I no longer suffer from the gout attacks that plagued me for 30 years
Koji Ebe
Physician, Chairman of the Takao Hospital, graduate of Kyoto University Faculty of Medicine. A leading expert in carbohydrate restriction. He cured his own diabetes through carbohydrate restriction. Currently, despite being a 75-year-old senior citizen, he practices the super carbohydrate-restricted diet he devised himself, maintains the health of one in ten million, and remains active as a practicing physician. He is the author of numerous books on carbohydrate restriction.
I am a gout patient with a 34-year history of the condition, having first developed it at age 29, but by practicing carbohydrate restriction, I no longer suffer from the gout attacks that plagued me for 30 years.
In other words, carbohydrate restriction can prevent not only diabetes but also all adult diseases, including my gout.
Simply put, carbohydrate restriction means stopping the consumption of staple foods and carbohydrates such as rice, bread, soba, udon, ramen, and spaghetti, and instead eating low-carbohydrate foods such as meat, fish, vegetables, seaweed, mushrooms, soy products like natto and tofu, cheese, and nuts. You can eat your fill of these low-carbohydrate foods, so there is no need to go on an unreasonable diet that requires enduring hunger.
The amount of carbohydrates consumed per day should be kept within 120 grams. This means within 40 grams of carbohydrates per meal. Carbohydrates are calculated by subtracting dietary fiber from total carbohydrates.
Not only have my gout attacks stopped, but I have also lost weight, my body has toned up, and my physical condition is excellent, even though I haven't done any particular exercise. Carbohydrate restriction is the perfect diet for people who want to lose weight but don't want to exercise.
Since I started carbohydrate restriction, my trousers have become loose; I can fit three fists inside them, and they would slide down if I didn't tighten my belt as much as possible.
In other words, the effects of carbohydrate restriction are immense. Without doing anything, just by eating, you can diet, lose weight, become healthy, and prevent all kinds of adult diseases such as diabetes and gout.
I believe there is no other method as beneficial for health as carbohydrate restriction.
I recommend practicing carbohydrate restriction to avoid adult diseases, starting with diabetes, which is said to affect 20 million people including those in the pre-diabetic stage.
Along with practicing carbohydrate restriction, it is a good idea to drink 2 liters of water or tea per day. This also helps prevent diabetes and urinary stones.
Under no circumstances should you drink carbonated drinks, juices, or sports drinks containing sugar. If you drink such things every day, you will 100% develop diabetes. And if diabetes worsens, it can lead to dialysis, blindness, and amputation of the feet.
In addition to practicing carbohydrate restriction, I strive to gain correct knowledge about it by reading books on the subject via Amazon Kindle Unlimited.
What I truly regret is that I did not encounter carbohydrate restriction when I was 29 and first developed gout attacks. If I had, I would have been spared the hellish suffering of gout attacks that lasted for 30 years.
That is my only regret, but I intend to practice carbohydrate restriction for the rest of my life and enjoy a healthy life.
I also often eat natto with vinegar, seaweed, and black sesame seeds. It is good for the body, so I recommend it.
