Vision recovered from 0.3 to 0.9 in the right eye and 0.7 in the left
At my annual checkup, as the title suggests, my vision, which had been 0.3 in both eyes, had recovered to 0.9 in the right and 0.7 in the left.
The person who measured it was also surprised, and I couldn't help but say, 'Huh?' (laughs).
As I wrote in my morning yoga article, I currently work a full-time desk job and spend almost all my working hours on a computer.
Since I strain my eyes quite a bit on a daily basis, I was truly surprised myself that my uncorrected vision had recovered this much.
So, what was effective?
The only thing I can think of is the blueberry smoothie I had been drinking for the past six months.
Blueberries really are good for the eyes, aren't they?
My own eyes have proven it.
That said, I didn't start drinking them with the goal of 'improving my vision' from the beginning.
If anything, I was making them because I wanted to drink a komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) smoothie.
Around that time, I had received a lot of frozen blueberries as a return gift for my hometown tax donation, so I tried adding them to a smoothie with komatsuna and apple juice, and it was so delicious that before I knew it, it had become a complete habit.
My husband also likes this smoothie and drinks it happily 🥰

Ingredients (for two)
2 bunches of komatsuna
1/2 tomato
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup apple juice
The ingredient cost is about 150 yen per person.
This smoothie can be expected to have various effects other than vision recovery.

The apple juice brings everything together, so it turns out delicious without fail.
If you are concerned about sugar, you can use apple and water instead.
Adding citrus fruits like oranges or grapefruit here is also very delicious.
Recently, blueberries for hometown tax donations have become expensive. I would really like to use domestic blueberries, but since it's an everyday thing, I now use Canadian frozen blueberries from OK Store (800g for 798 yen *prices are subject to change).
Canadian blueberries are generally considered safe, but if you are concerned, I think it is a good idea to wash the surface with boiling water before using them.
In our house, we make smoothies with a blender.
As the hot season approaches, both komatsuna and tomatoes can be frozen and made into delicious sherbet.

Today's blueberry smoothie was also delicious.
My husband even muttered that it was good enough to be served in a shop (laughs).
Thank you for reading until the end.
