Dinner with Minestrone and Masago-ae Potatoes *Ventilation Fan Cleaning

I was satisfied with the minestrone, which was packed with plenty of vegetables!

・Grilled fish: Salted mackerel
・Minestrone: with cabbage, onion, green pepper, and carrot
・Potatoes with Masago-ae (cod roe dressing)
・Radish pickled in salt koji
・Scrambled eggs with tofu, green onion, and small shrimp

I feel relieved to have finished cleaning the ventilation fan, which is the most daunting part of kitchen cleaning.👌
I had planned to finish it during November, so I made it just in time!
