Gratitude Practice Day 14 Morning
Alright, let's start by counting our blessings again today. Today is the halfway point. We've reached the turning point.
20250417 Morning Practice
I am grateful for the dawn. As the sun rises, I gradually wake up. I had a lot of work last night and went to bed late, but I am grateful, grateful, grateful that I can slowly wake up as the sunlight streams in through the window.
I am grateful for loose-fitting clothes. I don't really like being tightly constricted, so I am grateful, grateful, grateful for clothes that are comfortable to wear.
I am grateful for slip-on shoes. While I like them to be secure when playing tennis, I am grateful, grateful, grateful for shoes without laces for everyday use because they are quick and easy to put on and take off.
I am grateful for my MacBook Pro. I can work from anywhere, and it syncs instantly with my iPhone and iPad. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am grateful for Omura City. All things considered, everything I need is available, and since most places don't charge for parking, it's easy to go out. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am grateful for blood tests. Since I do them every month, it's easy to understand what my current condition is. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am grateful for having my medication packaged in single-dose pouches. Thanks to this, I've been able to reduce forgetting to take them or taking the wrong ones. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am grateful for the auto shop. The auto shop I always go to. I can ask them for anything related to my car, they are conscientious, and it's a huge help to me since I don't understand anything about cars. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am grateful for my AirPods Pro. The noise cancellation is helpful in crowded places. It can be tough when there are too many sounds at once. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
10. I am grateful for my primary care physician. Since I don't really know my own limits, I believe that having my body checked and data collected regularly will be useful later on. That's why I get tests done every month. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
