Gratitude Practice Day 13: Making All Your Wishes Come True
Now, let's watch the video.
To "make all your wishes come true," the first step is to sit down with a computer or a notebook and pen and create a list of your top 10 wishes. Then, write them down one by one as if they have already come true. After each wish, write "Thank you, thank you, thank you" three times in a row.
The second step is performed to saturate yourself with feelings of gratitude.
Use your imagination to feel in your heart that your 10 wishes have come true. Then, answer the following questions:
1. How did you feel when you received what you wanted?
2. Who did you tell first when your wish came true? Imagine the scene and answer how it went.
3. What was the first thing you did when your wish came true?
Now, let's give it a try.
1. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being able to monetize my YouTube channel.
I finally cleared the last hurdles for monetization: the required number of views and watch time.
To do this, I drew and drew, played tennis, and talked a lot about the world from the perspective of a gifted 2E person. Because he was there, I was able to keep going, and I felt truly relieved that he was also able to earn an income. This has become a stepping stone for my next wish. I still don't have enough money for that wish, as the amount is too large to achieve without some form of passive income. That's why I focused on SNS monetization. Because I worked on this, I can now use the money for my next wish. T-kun, we can use this without any worries now. I'm so excited.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
2. Thank you, thank you, thank you for my hourly wage exceeding 30,000 yen.
While wondering why everyone helps me so much, I think, 'Well, it's fine,' because everyone seems to be having fun. After all, it really is fun, isn't it? Earning money, which used to be so hard, is now being earned automatically. I've created a wonderful system where I make money just by living my life happily every day, and I've exceeded my target hourly wage by five times, reaching over 30,000 yen. I'm sure it will keep increasing from here on out.
The more I do, the more money I make, and I'm reaching the point where I can provide support once I have more money.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
3. I am grateful for having an atelier with a tennis court. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Even while working on various things, because I never give up on drawing, everyone gives me days where I can draw with all my might. Since I've always lived to create, I should just leave it to everyone without worrying. Right now, I'm holed up in the atelier next door while playing tennis on my own court. That's all I need to do, UFO-san. Since you all say, 'We'll call you if anything happens,' I just reply, 'Got it,' and focus on my painting in a relaxed way. Every day, I use up expensive paints as I please, thinking that today is the day I'll paint the best picture ever. Everyone sells or lends them out for me, so I'm gradually running out of them, but that's because they aren't the ultimate masterpiece yet. Don't you feel like today is the day for the ultimate masterpiece? Let's go for it, to the max. It's sunny again today; after tennis, let's paint. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
4. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being able to support one person this year.
I decided that the answer was to keep raising my hourly wage, and finally, I've become able to sponsor one person.
We did a lot of things. There were times when I wondered how something like that could turn into money, but in the end, all I had to do was talk.
I didn't realize that my world was different from everyone else's, and that it was so rare and in demand, but it took me a long time to realize that just talking was enough. As I just talked, people who helped me turn that into money gathered one after another and utilized me more and more, which is how I became able to do all this. First person down. Aiming for a Grand Slam.
I'm doing this while believing in the present where money keeps gathering to me so that I can support more children, and I know that if I speak it, it will come true.
So, I will tell this child I'm supporting that it's inevitable their dream will come true, and that reaching the Grand Slam is a given.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
5. Thank you, thank you, thank you for finally being able to have that match at the Colosseum BAR today.
I built this place because I wanted a place where we could have those kinds of showdowns.
We've had so many battles here, and watched so many. It's fun to do the matchmaking. It feels great to hear everyone screaming in excitement. Who is challenging whom today, and what challenge are they accepting? Since we're streaming online, people from far away come to watch the showdowns between people from somewhere else.
It's the best that everyone does everything for me, and I just have to think about the matchmaking plans. Let's cheer until our voices are hoarse today too.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
6. It's finally here, the Grand Slam; thank you, thank you, thank you for arriving at Roland Garros first.
This is what I wanted to do, which is why I was teaching children tennis.
Yes, I started tennis to cheer from the coach's seat at this Grand Slam, so the dream is finally coming true. I also want to go to Wimbledon after this. I've already booked the hotels until then. I've scheduled a two-month tour around Europe, so it's all good.
Now, I've done everything I can for that child's first victory at the Grand Slam. Now it's just up to that child to make it happen. I'm confident. I have confidence. I've done everything I could, there's no way I can't win.
Now, the match is starting. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
7. I am grateful for being able to create the equation for a person's life from birth to death. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Ever since I thought that the life I was imagining could be expressed by 'acceleration,' I've been thinking about whether to write it in a mathematical formula to create that work that was in my head, and I finally made the data to input into the machine that can create it. The rest will be done automatically, so just wait.
I made it with my own hands as a painting, so for this, I wanted to create it with something other than myself. It's finally coming together.
Wait one more hour, and it will come out.
I'm so nervous.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
8. I am grateful that various people have visited me in search of the subculture archive. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I've been searching for things I want to see again, collecting things that might be trash to others, and diligently creating a digital archive, so there are many things here that you can't find anywhere else.
I started making the archive because it feels good to say, 'Oh, yes, I have that,' when someone asks if I have something, and before I knew it, it had become a library.
It's interesting that people from all over the world who come looking for things yet to be seen are now asking me to archive things for them too.
The world is vast because I'm still discovering things I've never seen before.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
9. I am grateful that my supporters have become family. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Today, too, I chose not to do things I'm not good at, so the family did everything, and as a result, the family grew, and I'm becoming more and more at ease. Always telling everyone, 'In the end, it's mutual aid,' living a life where we do various jobs happily is fulfilling.
Since I don't worry about the future, for some reason everything works out, and although I can't explain it, it's fun.
It works because everyone tries to understand even when I say things that don't make sense.
Life is fun while I paint and wait for everyone to call me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
10. Happy 114th birthday. I am grateful that I can enjoy one more year. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I've lived quite a long time. According to the plan, I have one more year to live, so I should start passing things on to everyone soon. When I look back at what I've been able to do in this life, it's been a life that makes me want to praise myself. I think the reason I'm living so happily and freely for so long with my family is because everyone helps me so much. It's amazing how much I've enjoyed all of this. Even at 114, I still have so many things I want to do, so since I'll be 115 until 115 years and 364 days, I can still do a lot. I'm healthy and happy today too. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I wrote it all at once with a lot of enthusiasm, so the three items completely slipped my mind, but well, I think I've met the requirements, so let's call it good. It was fun thinking about it.
Finally, read it over again to savor it, and say thank you three times. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
