Gratitude Practice Day 4 Morning
Today, as I wake up, I will start by counting 10 things I am grateful for.
"Clear weather" I am grateful for clear weather. It feels good at the start of the day, and it makes me feel like I'm getting a fresh start. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Tennis" I am grateful for tennis. When I move my body, my head clears up, and it feels like I can detox from unnecessary thoughts. The conversations with my tennis friends are also fun. Thank you for being able to chase the ball again today, thank you, thank you, thank you
"Supporters" I am grateful for my supporters. Because they work like a second source of strength for me to move my body well. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Rice" I am grateful for rice. Because I really feel like it gives me the most energy. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Toilet" I am grateful for the toilet. Even though a comfortable toilet is a part of daily life, I think it's a place where I can reset within my daily routine. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Windows" I am grateful for windows. Just by opening a window, I get a chance to breathe in fresh air at the start of the day, and I think this is a good trigger. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Deep breathing" I am grateful for deep breathing. When I am conscious of deep breathing, I feel like blood circulates throughout my body and I can move my whole body. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Visuals" I am grateful for visuals. Visuals carry various information and emotions all at once. And they make me feel all sorts of things. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Deliciousness" I am grateful for deliciousness. Because delicious things can immediately change a sunken mood or a tired body. Thank you, thank you, thank you
"Wind" I am grateful for the wind. Pleasant wind, strong wind, cool wind, warm wind; I feel like the wind helps me reaffirm the state of my own heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you
By the fourth day, it feels easier to find things to be grateful for. I just look for things I can be thankful for, and try to feel gratitude for everything and anything. Even if it's just a belief or whatever, I end up trying to gather 10 things.
