A Far-Fetched Negotiation

As mentioned above, I think you understand that it seemed difficult to use the community center, but let me introduce a bit of my persistent negotiation drama here. Article 20 of the Social Education Act, which I cited in the previous article, includes an item about "improvement of culture," so I thought,
couldn't learning to make sushi lead to an improvement in culture as a result? It was a truly twisted interpretation. I told the lady on the other end of the phone this. She seemed troubled by it. Then she said, "I will consult with my superiors." It seems she was going to consider it. She told me she would call me back after a while, and then hung up.

Urgent, Alternative Plan!

After the call ended, I immediately called S.N., who had recently joined the Project.H management team. I explained the situation. He also seemed troubled by it. We immediately looked for an alternative rental space. But it wasn't going to be found that easily. There were no rental spaces with good conditions. Even if there were, the time slots were either extremely early in the morning or extremely late at night. These time slots were not very desirable. I spent about an hour worrying about what to do about the location. After going in circles and suggesting places that were absolutely impossible, and doing a bit of a comedy routine where S.N. would retort to them, we finally reached a conclusion.
"If the community center seems difficult, I'll do it at my house. I'll manage to clean it up somehow."
The reason I was originally trying to rent a space was in no small part because my living room was messy. I thought I would try to get the living room of this house into a state where I could invite people over. The limit was three weeks. I thought that since I have free time, I could manage it, so I decided to do this. This was truly the last resort. And then the call ended.

The result is...

After the call with S.N. ended, I had fallen asleep before I knew it. When I woke up, my iPhone was ringing. I had received a call. It seems the ringtone had woken me up. Looking at the phone number, it was the community center reception. I answered immediately. And I heard the result. "It is possible for you to use it. However, in that case, I think we would need to register the organization name here."
Oh! It's possible! I was a little happy.
You might be curious about the phrase "a little happy," but this is because I was hesitant to register an organization name. I had already heard a little about registering an organization name at the time of the first call. Furthermore, the lady had also mentioned that we would need to hold projects (plans) regularly several times a year.
The condition that we could use the place several times a year was something we were grateful for. However, it is not guaranteed that all projects can be held at this community center. It is also subtle whether this far-fetched excuse of "improvement of culture" will work every time. (Actually, I had an ambition to do a comedy contest for the next project, but if I were to force that into "improvement of culture," it would be learning comedy.)
The reason for my hesitation in registering an organization name is that Project.H is derived from a person's name. I won't go into details, but I will note that it was a project name that H.G. came up with himself.
Considering other factors like member composition (the community center intends for organization members to be fixed, whereas Project.H is a member-shuffle type, so there is a discrepancy), cost issues, and above all, the fact that laws are involved, I gave up on using the community center.
Therefore, the last resort, my house, was decided as the venue.
