“Continue getting nails done” 01/100
One of my 100 things I want to do
“Continue getting nails done”
Quietly continuing.
It has been about a year since I started going to the salon regularly for gel nails.
That said, I always had my nails done from age 18 through my early 20s.
Especially when I was a teenager, acrylic nails were popular,
and there were times when having long nails made daily life inconvenient.
The reason I stayed away from nails for a while was
because I wasn't taking care of myself.
It was nothing more than that.
Chased by child-rearing and work,
I avoided spending time and money on it
for various reasons.
But honestly, I had wanted to do it the whole time!!😫
When I was exhausted both mentally and physically,
I read books voraciously,
tried fortune-telling,
took seminars and coaching,
had counseling,
and just did all sorts of things.
What I realized there was
that I was neglecting myself.
It was nothing but self-sacrifice.
Wanting to break away from that even a little,
I started with nails first.
This was absolutely wonderful.
I have a complex about my hands and fingers.
However, by making my hands, which I always see,
look beautiful,
my heart dances in a surprising way.
The time before getting my nails done,
thinking, “What kind of design should I get?”
is also irresistibly fun.
The theme this time is “Preparing for spring, a little bit of lightness.”

Nails surely have many XX effects.
Relaxation effects, motivation boosts, and so on
(It seems nails at welfare facilities are also increasing.)
Perhaps, if I gain confidence in myself,
I might suddenly decide to stop!
Until then, I hope I can continue quietly.
