I joined Kaze no Boushi's membership and received a consultation
This time, I joined the membership of "Kaze no Boushi," whom I have been following for a long time.
Joining a membership is a first for me, but I decided to take the plunge.
Kaze no Boushi not only writes daily note articles, but also has an incredible number of followers, sells books on Kindle, and writes articles that really resonate with me as an INFJ, making them someone who lives the ideal life for me.
I was terrified at the thought of having my note articles directly edited by such a person.
Immediately after joining the membership, I received a message from Kaze no Boushi, and we arranged for my articles to be reviewed right away.
They offered to look at and edit all the articles I had written so far, and I thought there was no way I would get a reply right away, but to my surprise, the reply came the very next day.
Wondering if I would be severely criticized, I checked the email with trepidation, and it was a treasure trove of very polite advice.
In any case, the feedback was concrete, with suggestions like "If you change this expression here, it will be even better," and they actually rewrote the sentences, making the specific areas for improvement very easy to understand.
And they praised the good parts... it was truly like "advice from an ideal boss."
In my previous job, I was in a position to teach others how to work, so I learned a lot about how to teach, such as what kind of phrasing is good and what kind of comments make people feel comfortable listening.
However, the reason I took this action now is because I thought,
I haven't really done anything significant during my career break.
It has already been 10 months since I started my career break, and in another 2 months, a year will have passed. The speed of time is so fast that I feel, "Wait? Has it already been this long?"
Honestly, I feel "anxiety" at the speed at which this time is passing.
This sense of time hasn't changed much from when I was working my previous job. So I thought,
"Does that mean the intensity of my experience during my career break is the same as when I was working reluctantly?"
That is what I ended up thinking.
So, it might be closer to "despair" than anxiety. "I talked such a big game, but I haven't done anything."
I apologize for such an impure reason, but one of the original reasons I took a career break was
to find a way of life that is "free" and "comfortable" for me
I have finally decided to properly engage in activities to realize this.
However, to be honest, I am still hesitant, and I have kept the option of returning to being a salaryman open, so I am also in the middle of job hunting.
I will write about this in a separate article as it would be a long story, but well, I am in a situation where my mental state is being worn down in various ways.
But, having written articles on note until now, I have come to realize that perhaps I do like writing with my thoughts poured into the text, so I will absorb the feedback I received on my writing as a valuable experience and aim to step up in the future.
