Hello, I'm Yasu, and my schedule is packed with things I want to do every day. It's a happy problem.


I'm going to close the 66-day daily posting project,"66-Day Writing x Running"for now.


Or rather, I'm going to remove the finishers from the magazine members. The reason is that I can no longer keep track of who is currently running.


I have invited all the runners who completed the challenge to the"66-Day Writing Finisher-Only Magazine". This is a hall-of-fame magazine for the note powerhouses who finished the run. Please post there.


If you are a runner who thinks, "Wait? I finished to the end, but I haven't been invited!", please don't hesitate to let me know. I've gotten lost. (That's why I'm organizing the members.)


Now, I've been hearing voices (from you masochists) here and there asking, "Aren't you doing a second round of 66-Day Writing?" "Is it not time yet?" Thank you for your expectations. I'm happy to hear that.


If I were to do a second round, I thought about adding some restrictions or rules for returning participants. But maybe it's better not to raise the bar. Actually, I want to make it easy for newcomers to join.


I also thought about having participants comment on each other's articles or introducing other participants in their articles. Well, I think that's something people should do if they want to.


If I do this, it becomes impossible for me. It's fine at first. But because I'm desperate to write every day, I can't read or comment anymore.


Well, "connecting" is an important theme of note, so I know I shouldn't neglect it. But commenting out of a sense of obligation feels a bit off.

I'm abolishing the word count limit. That means tanka and haiku are also fine. Even just an interesting greeting is OK. I think this might also solve the "daily posting lowers article quality" problem. After all, there is the note Creative Award.

If we start on this day, 66 days later will beAugust 31st. Just in time for the end of summer vacation.


I will add one more rule.
There is [no] mid-way participation.


Everyone starts on 6/27.
Everyone finishes on 8/31.


It's a marathon. I think the feeling of running together will be stronger than last time.
