◆Impressions

"Blue Kuma-Rium Emergency Rally" (2022/05/05) since then.

The first tour since the "Limit Infinity Tour 2021" held last summer to autumn.

Touring three locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka with a tour title based on the new song "Shiawase Hashin! From Kitchen".

Today's Osaka performance is the first day of the tour.
First performance of the new song "Shiawase Hashin! From Kitchen" and the new costumes.
It is truly a joy to be able to witness the unveiling.

The live show as a whole.
While focusing on the new song, they performed songs from various genres evenly.
A setlist full of department store vibes.

In the second part, including "Oideyo! Quu-Ma-Li Department", all songs were full versions.
I had the impression that they performed each song thoroughly.
I felt that it was a stage that directly expressed the current Quu-Ma-Li Department.

This time, I plan to participate in all tour performances for the first time.
I am looking forward to seeing how it changes.

About the new costumes

The real thing is definitely more attractive than the photos.
The fact that silent cheers erupted from the entire venue the moment they appeared is proof of that.
A sophisticated design that looks simple at first glance but has attention to detail everywhere.

I'm happy that Yamano-san's hairstyle is straight by default.
She couldn't hide her maturity, and she was overflowing with an older sister vibe (it was good).

About the new song "Shiawase Hashin! From Kitchen"

A universal theme of "Let's spread happiness!"
A song style and lyrics that directly express cuteness.
I think it is the most classic song in Quu-Ma-Li Department history.

Compared to the last two works (Limit Infinity Ken%, Amida☆Fortune), I have the impression that the authorship and content-driven nature are suppressed (intentionally rounded off).
Universal themes and classic songs are a double-edged sword; while they are widely accepted, they are also less likely to strike deep.

"Introducing a classic song as a new song (title track)"
I think that is quite a challenge for Quu-Ma-Li Department, which has been evaluated for its unique and diverse songs.

However, it is probably necessary for Quu-Ma-Li Department to move to the next stage.
I felt that the decision to execute (and be able to execute) this at this timing was based on the production side's trust that "it will be fine with these six people now."

Creativity starting with Kenta Sakurai.
The members' performance ability.
I thought this was the first step in a new challenge: how many people can they approach with that multiplication, and how many of them can they turn into fans?
I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out as they perform more live shows.

I'm looking forward to seeing various scenes, and I want to support them for that reason too.
The MV was released after the live show.

When I watched the video, my heart was full.
As Sakurai-san tweeted, "I can cry with a smile," it was exactly that...

Once again, I am looking forward to the scenes ahead even more.

13:14, show starts.

Appeared in new costumes.
Silent cheers erupted from the entire venue at the same time as they appeared.
When everyone turned their backs, I saw the heart on their backs and thought, "It's the same as the Ken% costume."

1st song "Limit Infinity Ken%"
Started with the title track of the previous tour.
Including the heart design on the back mentioned earlier, it was a performance that felt like passing the baton from Ken% to Kitchen.
I thought it was stylish.

4th song "Amida☆Fortune"
First performance since graduating from the Amida☆ costume.
In a sense, they seemed free, and there was a feeling of being more relaxed than before.
I felt once again that songs grow like this.

Also, although it's late, I noticed that Nanase-san's jump at the end of the intro is unique and has a very monster-like feel.
I always only watch Yamano-san, but I became aware of it for the first time after being told by a Nanase-san fan, and it was fresh.

Second block (5th-7th songs)

5th song "Shiawase Hasshin! From Kitchen"
First performance.
The choreography has many simple parts, but overall it's sharp, and there are various gimmicks at key points.
Like the costumes, the difference between the surface and the depth is interesting.
The group gymnastics in the second verse was a masterpiece... or rather, I didn't know what was happening at first and thought, "Wait, Oda-san is floating...!"
Using the shorter members, Saori-san and Yamano-san, as the base is bold and powerful.

6th song "Udagawa Yokkyu"
Oda-san's opening line: "Osaka, we're here!"

7th song "AiPhone Shibuya"
Closing with two consecutive Shibuya songs on purpose.
Because it's the first stop on the tour expedition.

Special event

Took a two-shot photo holding the fan-favorite penlight I bought.
They said it took a little under an hour to draw the sheet.
I renewed my determination to wave it with all my heart from now on.

First block

17:32, performance started.

1st song "Oideyo! Quu-Ma-Li Department"
I thought it would be the usual flow, but it went straight into the 1A section.
Baptized by the tour & one-man show, I was blown away from the start.

2nd song "Shiawase Hasshin! From Kitchen"
And then, a sudden new song performance.
A relentless development.
Since it was my second time watching, I focused on copying the choreography.
It's surprisingly difficult because it requires sharpness at exquisite moments.

3rd song "Piano"
The flow of "Kitchen -> Piano".
It's so beautiful that I already thought, "Is this flow the strongest?"
Both have a pleasant keyboard rhythm, and listening to them back-to-back makes my heart feel light.
I want to hear this flow again.

5th song "Neko-chan ni Natchau yo~"
Before the last chorus, Mana-Mei.
Since we're in Osaka, it was like a manzai comedy routine.
They were doing the "Kyain" pose in the middle.

6th song "Koi no Happy Chomolungma"
Before the last chorus, Yamano-san did 4 spins.
The momentum of the final turn was nice.
The soles of the shoes are thinner with the new costumes, so they seem easier to spin in.

Second block

8th song "Goku LOVE Jodo"
Last chorus, Yu-Mei.
Yamano-san went behind and retorted.
Yu-san's expression like "Are you retorting?" was my favorite part.

9th song "Furniture Girl"
The first "Furniture Girl" with the new costumes.
At the end of "Goku LOVE", I clenched my fists when Kaede-san on the far left and Yamano-san on the far right stood up.

It was the best... thank you very much.
Please look forward to "Furniture Girl" after the MC transition as well...

10th song "bitter or sweet"
The flow from "Furniture Girl" is really good.
"Yamano Mei + straight hair + 2 consecutive mature songs = lethal dose"

Third block (11th-13th songs)

11th song "Goiryoku Tarazu"
The gap between the cute costumes and the serious expressions was good.

12th song "Korekara"
This song came when my emotions were high.
The atmosphere is unique to a high-purity performance like a tour & one-man show.
I was drawn in by the gentle expressions and singing voice.

13th song "Genkai Mugendai Ken%"
Transitioned to the Ken% formation at the same time as the end of "Korekara".
The fans are completely used to it and nailed the claps from the start.

A complete change from the mellow atmosphere just a moment ago.
Suddenly it became a lively festival.
I felt the gear-changing power of this song once again in this composition.

14th song "Ikujinashi"
Watching them live for the first time in a while.
Since there are few opportunities to perform this at joint gigs, this is also something unique to a solo concert.

15th song "Nijuuyojikan Shirokujichuu"
Second time today.
It sounds exceptional when heard in the flow from "Ikujinashi".

16th song "Amida☆Fortune"
This is the song that closes out today.
I thought this in the first part too, but now that it's no longer a new song, I think it has become a song where I can feel new possibilities.

After the live show ended.
They left the stage with Sao-san's greeting, "We'll come back to Osaka!"

◆Other group memo "Nichome no Saki Coming Out"

"To be To be New Ones vol.2" (2022/04/16)Since then.
Last time, due to time constraints, I could only watch one song.
This time, I was able to listen thoroughly for 40 minutes, so I am very satisfied.

It was a long-form live show, so the setlist had a good pace.
The ballad (Nostalgistar) performed in the middle really touched me.
The structure of building it back up from there and closing with "dAnce survivor 1999" was intense.

They also said in the MC that they want to do a joint gig with Quu-Ma-Re again, so I'm looking forward to that opportunity.
