The famous Kuroge Wagyu restaurant, Meat Yazawa. While dining in might feel a bit intimidating, it's great that you can easily enjoy it through takeout. This time, I purchased the popular "Yazawa Jr. Bento".
■ The main dish is tender Kuroge Wagyu steak
The Yazawa Jr. Bento comes with a generous portion of Yazawa steak (inner thigh).
Despite being inner thigh meat, it is surprisingly moist. It is packed with the rich flavor of lean meat, and it's typical of Meat Yazawa that it tastes delicious even when cold.
The doneness is exquisite, and the flavor spreads with every bite.
