What are ChatGPT Skills?
Hey, using Skills is a bit difficult, so I want you to explain it so even Tsubaki-chan can understand!

There are many books lined up on a bookshelf, and what I normally see are the spines—the Skill names and short descriptions. When Tsubaki's request matches a description, I open that book, read the text, and use the written procedures or materials.
