The Case for Napping
Thank you as always 😊
This is Kurotama.
Are you the type who takes naps?
If you let fatigue build up and push yourself until you break your health, it takes a long time to recover.
I think there are many ways to relieve fatigue, but napping is incredibly effective.
I actively incorporate naps during my lunch break at work and on my days off.
Honestly, just sleeping for 30 minutes really helps you bounce back, doesn't it?
I don't think there are many people like this in today's world, but...
In the past, I, Kurotama, have had the experience of working through my lunch break.
The reason was that I wanted to achieve results at work.
1️⃣ Physical fatigue
2️⃣ Mental fatigue
3️⃣ Brain fatigue
These three types of fatigue kept piling up, leaving me in a state where I couldn't release my stress.
It wasn't even about the results anymore; I ended up suffering a mental breakdown.
I had underestimated fatigue.
As a result, it took me two whole years to return to the workplace.
It was only after I ignored my fatigue, broke my health, and suffered the consequences that I realized the importance of health.
Napping is a health practice that you can do easily without spending money or much time.
Let's take a nap 💤
