A long-awaited visit to Sakanoue Cafe. Enjoying Christmas while having shaved ice.

Each table is decorated with various Christmas ornaments, which is fun. On my table, there are Santa Claus and reindeer figures that give off a warm, wooden feel.
Oh, there's a gingerbread man too.
The fir tree appears to be made of ceramic.
Now then.
Shaved ice.
I went for the 'Avo-Imo-Camembert.' The 'Imo' refers to roasted sweet potato cream. 'Avo' is, as you might guess, avocado. Since all the ingredients go so well together, every bite was a delight. The little flag stuck on top is also cute.
Actually, I love the base milk flavor at Sakanoue Cafe. It's soaked through generously and blends perfectly with any sauce. I also think the slightly plump shape is cute every time.
Actually, I have a problem.
There were so many things on the Christmas menu I wanted to eat! What should I do? Things like 'Gingerbread,' 'Pistachio Tree,' 'Blue Tree,' and so on...
I see some hardcore customers who manage to eat two or three, but I can't do that. In that case, I have no choice but to approach from the Okachimachi side and climb up the hill (a quite steep one) as the shop's name suggests, burning calories in advance before visiting. Again and again.
So, I'll be heading back again soon, so please look forward to it.
