"Could you please swap the smooth red bean paste in the 'Milk with Various Ingredients and Smooth Red Bean Paste' for cream cheese?"

The staff responded naturally, as if that customer always does that.
Since it's a taiyaki shop to begin with, the red bean paste is truly delicious. They cook it in-house, after all.
But sometimes, depending on how hungry I am, it can feel a bit heavy. In those moments, swapping the filling for cream cheese might be a great idea.

So, the next time I visited, I asked for the same customization. In a way, this sequence is a bit like the rakugo story 'Tokisoba' (Time Soba), from the perspective of copying someone else.

It arrived!
The pairing was so good that I thought they should make it a standard menu item. And unlike in 'Tokisoba,' copying it didn't lead to any misfortune; instead, I was able to enjoy a blissful culinary experience.

I've eaten this menu item many times before, but I've become an even bigger fan now.
